What can I say Natasha but thanks so much for everything and saving us from buying a liability rather than an asset. Natasha has been so professional, wise and kind throughout our whole purchase process and prepared all the reports we needed at a very reasonable cost.

Wow - Natasha you have been amazing! Honestly I have now ignored all the negative reviews - not sure who the other reviewers have dealt with! Natasha has been most helpful since my phone conversation with her and she has been the most knowledgable, wise, methodical, kind and generous surveyor I have ever met or been in contact with. She gave me very good advice about the property I am about to purchase. She comes highly recommended! Thanks Natasha you are a gem!

Deserves Zero Stars, missed serious structural faults to property we subsequently bought, we have raised a formal complaint but looking at previous reviews it’s seems that Shape Surveyors strategy is to ignore complaint and hope it will go away!
The company outsources their work to agency surveyors and take no responsibility.

Missing valuation report. Building report missed major items. Wrote to them to revisit the property and they have ignored my correspondence. The surveyor said the issues was not there when he went but did not know that had taken photos before and after he went in ! Complaints raised against RICS. Still waiting to hear from them. Avoid.

Hired company in good faith to carry out a Home Survey report. The company failed to pick up damp and structural damage in property. The matter was taken to court and won in our favour but company has not paid the claim! Do not use this company!

Shape Surveyors quickly responded to my enquiry, completed the Home-Buyer Survey and sent me the report within 3 weeks. I was very impressed with the efficiency of the process and with the detail of the report. As a first-time buyer, they made everything very simple and the report clearly outlined any issues that needed to be investigated on the flat. Anyone I was in contact with was very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend them!

Shape were quick to engage business and handled arrangement of the survey with the estate agents directly which is a bonus as it removed any back and forth communication. They were also one of the cheapest quotes we received.

The survey date was rearranged without my notice which delayed the receiving of the report but when we told them that we weren't notified they sped up the process. Mistakes happen but they were quick to resolve them.

The main problem I've had with them is that they missed some quite major structural issues with the building which they acknowledge the evidence of in the report but say that it's fine and no work is needed. Our two lenders refused to lend against the property due to their valuers report and in the end a structural engineer had to be called to inspect the property who has found the structure to be in need of work.

I sent a complaint about the above to Shape directly which has been ignored.

Easy to work with. I needed an urgent survey. They arranged a survey quickly and had the report done by the requested deadline. Recommend this company.
