This company is fantastic. From start to finish, I had a great experience. I had my roof replaced, including, guttering and pipes and the job is perfect. Very, very competitive pricing too, no comparison to other quotes that I recieved. Very happy customer and I would highly recommend Summit Home Improvements.

Right from the start of meeting with Cameron and Callum, the owners,they informed us of everything they were going to do with our property. They kept in touch constantly informing us what was happening with our roof. Great job done by the roofers. Would definitely recommend this company. They were fantastic.

Brilliant experience with Summit Home Improvements from the initial assessment of roof and loft, until completion of full roof and gutter replacement this week.
Calum and Cameron were very thorough in assessing the damage of my old roof, which was extensive and causing water damage in areas of my house. Thanks to the hard work of their team-battling some of the worst weather-I now have a perfect new roof and a weight off my shoulders.
They are very professional and knowledgeable, whilst having a friendly approach and gave the best quote by far, with a variety of quality material choices offered and a guarantee that gives me peace of mind for 25 years!

Couldn't be happier with my new roof from Summit Home Improvements. Great communication throughout the whole process. Used only the best materials, gave me easily the best quote, the longest guarantee and had the full team out to have it done and tidied up within 2 days.

We recently had a new roof completed and couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. Callum and Cameron were excellent during the initial survey and quotation stage, keeping us fully informed throughout the entire process.

Once the work began, the team on site provided daily updates on progress and expected timescales, which was greatly appreciated. There was no inconvenience to us at all, and the job was completed on time as promised. The workers were professional, tidy, and made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of each day.

After completion, Callum and Cameron returned to carry out a final inspection and ensured a thorough clean-up. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and reassuring throughout. We were happy with every step of the process and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality roofing work.

I hired Summit Home Improvements to replace my roof tiles.

Everything went very smooth and talking to the guys on the job, they were helpful and had time to answer any questions I had during the time they were there.
I found Calum and Cameron to be friendly, professional guys. Cleaning up after the work was finished around the outside of my house..

Me and my husband used this company for our roof and rough casting and I can not recommend them enough. Everything was explained to us really well, no question we had felt like it was a hassle and the communication about the on going jobs and timelines etc was great. There’s no initial upfront payment and we only paid once job was completed and we were happy to do so. Both jobs were completed to a very high standard and the clean up at the end made it look like there hadn’t been any scaffolding or skips about at all. Calum and Cameron come across as very genuine guys who take a lot of pride in what they do which come across in the work. They were fantastic with our children and even got them a Christmas gift. My house looks completely different now and we’ve had so many compliments from the neighbours. Thank you very much

Got my roof and roughcast done by this company and they were honestly great. Really friendly guys and they explained everything in simple terms, which helped a lot. The work looks solid and they kept me updated the whole time. Really happy with how it all turned out — would definitely recommend them.

The work consisted of removal of old insulation and rooftiles.
New boarding,membrane,tile battens and roof tiles and vented rooftiles.
I was informed when materials,scaffold and labour were arriving.
There was a continuous flow with the work order.
When the job was completed, the tradesmen tidied up after them.

Any concerns were dealt with promptly.
