Disappointing packaging
Ordered some prayer beads for a gift, The beads were nice but I was so disappointed with the packaging.
They arrived in a cheap box covered in straw. For the price I expected them to be beautifully presented with a nice pouch for the beads.
Customer service was also disapointing.

Regrettably, the prayer mats lack adequate cushioning despite their attractive designs. After just a week of use, they have begun to exhibit wear and tear where the knees and feet go, highlighting their impracticality despite their aesthetic appeal.
