John was very good, he went through everything step by step, kept in contact daily, got in touch with a company directly and got me an interview. He is always there to help and replies to my phone calls or emails straight away

Was contacted fairly quickly after submitting an application, quickly moved through the process and role confirmed within less than two weeks. Greg was great, kept me updated, and briefed his colleague for the day he was away. As far as recruitment agencies go, I've been given a great impression!

Was approached by this agency reference a temporary assignment. I followed their every request. They chased one reference numerous times saying had not received even though sent twice, my referee had to resort sending photographic evidence by WhatsApp. Advised agreed rate, have been paid less than a third nett, also I was constantly chased because my timesheets had not authorised even though it was not down to me. I would never recommend this agency, issues at every turn. I enjoyed the company I was temping for however could not afford to work for wages paid lot less than national minimum wage and not paid in a timely manner. If they ever contact you with a role and the pay seems to good run far away as you don’t get what they advise you.

My representative at Service Care Solutions was Otis Voisey and I cannot commend her high enough. It all started with a phone call to ask if I was looking for work as a CBT therapist. I was fed up with my current position and had considered moving and when Otis phoned me out of the blue that day I decided to explain my situation and the rest is history. Thanks to Otis I am now in a job I enjoy, but that isn't the end of the story. Through out the whole experience, Otis supported and advocated for me all the way from finding the right company, guiding me through the interview process, adocating on my behalf with the company to ensure I had all the information to make a decision that was right for me. When I started my new employment Otis kept in touch ready to step in if there were any issues ( which thank fully there wasn't). She offered ongoing support and words of encouragement by regular check in phone callls and was alwsy just at the other end of the phone if I needed her. Thank you Otis and that phone call out of the blue that day changed my life for the better. Service Care Solutions does what it says on the tin. They provide 5 star caring recruitment service. I hadn't gone through an interview for over 15 years so it was a very daunting process, but all the fear was removed because of the support I received. Otis understood my industry, she has an in depth knowledge of the varies companies and she knows how to support in the correct way to make the interview and recruitment process streamline and supportive.

Could not praise service care solutions enough for how much they have helped me especially Aaron Reeves. He always went above and beyond to provide the best service for me and he was such a big help and still is! Cannot recommend him and the service enough, extremely happy😊
