I live in Sweden and i ordered a…
I live in Sweden and i ordered a rackkit from this company that is in UK, i got it delivered by UPS to my door less than 24 hours later (next day). I can say that this was way much more than what i expected. Better price and quicker than any company would be in my own country. Do not hesitate to order from them, i will order again when i need something else for my servers.

The Server Case UK service was really good, also the shipment cost was cheap taking into account that the shipment was from UK to Spain and the package was large. It took less than a week to arrive.

Ordered chassis rails in October 2017…
Ordered chassis rails in October 2017 to go with the 2x rack-mount chassis we purchased previously. Received rails in January, which are supposedly the match for the SC-23400-2 chassis...
Later in February after back and forth with emails and pictures, the correct rails will be supplied when stock arrives next week.
We are now nearly in June and I still have no rails...
** Richard, in response to your reply, we was told that the correct rails will be arriving within a week, then being sent to us? Do we need to continually chase?... On another note, Mark is now looking into this.

The company and its employees are always going that extra mile. During our last major purchase we had a problem exporting equipment to a major Asian city, Servercase went above and beyond in their efforts to resolve the issues and deliver our equipment on time and to specification.
