Server Case UK Reviews 

Not exactly cheap, but good. Wasn't the first time for me ordering there, only the first time after their shop changed a while ago.

I again ordered specific parts not listed in their catalog but from their usual suppliers and got exactly what I wanted after some helpful and friendly exchange via email and a quote for the specific hardware I had in mind.

For some specific parts like those this is the only shop known to me even selling them to private customers.

Their email system seems a bit broken so initially had difficulty contacting them for technical support, but once that was overcome they were helpful and resolved the issue with the item I purchased.

I ordered a 4U server on February 15, 2024, for delivery to The Netherlands. My order was processed and shipped quickly by DPD but got stuck at customs. I received no communication from either the shipping company or customs on how to proceed.

Over the following weeks, I had several exchanges with Server Case UK, but no solution was found, and my order remained held at customs. After about two months, Server Case UK informed me that the order would be returned to them and promised to reship it using a different shipping company, with a notification to follow. However, all communication from them ceased at that point, and my emails went unanswered.

Thankfully, I paid via PayPal, which provided buyer protection. I filed a dispute for non-delivery and was initially met with the incorrect claim that my order had been delivered (it was returned to Server Case UK). Ultimately, they approved my refund request.

Overall, it was a frustrating experience marked by poor communication. I ended up ordering the same 4U case directly from China at half the price.

Ordered a new case Christmas day. Website advertised boxing day delivery (which realistically I didn't expect to happen) but the case wasn't actually dispatched until the 2nd of January!

If your going to shut for the entire time that's your perogative, but at least update your website to let potential customers know instead of locking them into a purchase that they could have got elsewhere from companies that were actually open in-between xmas and new year.

After placing my order with the company, I promptly received an email confirming my delivery via DPD, known as one of the top-tier delivery services in the UK. Additionally, a member of the sales team reached out to ensure that if any issues arose, I could contact them for swift resolution.

When the 2U chassis I had ordered arrived, I was impressed by the meticulous packaging, which left no room for potential damage. The server itself was expertly wrapped in protective plastic film and arrived in immaculate condition.

I have no doubt that I will turn to them again for my future server needs.

Have placed several orders with Server case. My latest experience says alot about this company.

I'm building a computer that will be rack mounted. Initially, I wanted to make this a 1u server. And I have a wall rack cabinet, so need to stick to short depth cases only. This is the second one that I'm building, the first worked perfectly as expected with no surprises. That was using an 11th Gen i5, and an MSI mainboard. everything fit, lots of storage great.

So a few months later, I'm building a 2nd computer, for different reasons. This time, things had moved on and it's based around a 12th Gen i5, with an MSI mainboard.

Note: The mainboard and cpu came from a different supplier, so please don't get confused about this.

I ordered the same case as I'd bought before, and put the board in, only to find that the mainboard, as a heatheak that it too tall for a 1u chassis. So, no problem, I decided to get a 2u case for this. (I'm keeping the 1u case as it might come in handy at some point)

I ordered a 2u case and matching PSU, which duly arrive in quick fashion. Opened the box, and immediately thought that the case would be too deep for my rack. So unboxed and checked, to see that yep. The case is as long as the outer casing of the rack, so there's no chance of fitting it into the space.

I called up, server case and had a conversation with them, it was quick straight to the point, and everything sorted as I expected. They sent me an RMA sticker and the case and PSU went back.
Further more, in the same conversation, we came up with an alternative product that would do the job. Showing me the things that I was missing before.

Put in an order for the shorter case (400mm depth instead of 600mm) and a PSU to go with it. The PSU is on back order and is likely to take a week or so to arrive. (this is not a problem for me)

Next morning after placing the order, I recieved a phonecall where they'd checked stock and could see that the PSU is on the way, so and they gave me a time estimate. I was expecting things to take a little while. In the meantime the RMA has been processed and sorted without any issues.

Would I use Server case again in the future? Yes, without hesitation. When I want a Rack case, this is my first port of call.

Bought a case for a new ipad in March if became faulty in August contacted them on 16th August I was immediately offered a replacement at no extra cost. Received new case on the morning of 18th August. Fantastic service thanks very much

Ordered a case at the start of April with the full knowledge that it was on back order. Fine, not a problem, was happy to wait, was promised it would arrive on X date about a month and a half later. So far so good.

Case apparently arrived in stock but sadly the wrong case was dispatched due to a warehouse error, case sent was only 20 Bay, where I had actually a bigger 24 Bay case. I had planned for my network to be down over the weekend for this work (it was Friday at the point). Sadly transpired that they actually didn't have the case I ordered at all, so instead agreed to express ship a similar (although while not perfect for my needs, was more expensive, and they soaked up the additional cost and waved shipping) 24 bay case for Saturday delivery. Sadly due to limitations in their order processing system i had to pay £300+ up front for this, and wait for the incorrect case to be collected later in the week before they could refund my original £300, which due to PayPal would not reach me for 2 weeks. Not ideal.

After reaching out and complaining, received an apology from the director, and £25 good will gesture. While the experience wasn't as smooth as it should have been, I'm confident there was no mal-intent, just mistakes made and opportunists missed, but came through in the end.

Ordered a 4U server case. Even though it had to ship outside of the country to the Netherlands, shipping was cheap and the server case arrived within a few days. Very well packed, and for an excellent price. I will probably buy from them again in the future

Late delivery, sent the wrong product

We have just joint Server Case UK and was really looking forward to working with the company as we heard positive feedback from their previous clients.

We placed our first order with the company for a high- profile project, it was assured that the order would reach us by a particular date in which it wasn't. This meant it had a knock on effect on our schedule of works. When our order had finally arrived we were utterly disappointed to find that they had sent the wrong product. Again, negatively impacting our schedule of works. This is unacceptable, we used Server Case UK and relied on the company to provide us with our correct order and their promised time of arrival.

To conclude, we will not use Server Case UK again due to our unfortunate experience. Although, we do hope they can rectify their internal complications and ultimately deliver the correct products on time.

Very happy with the received product, shipping was excellent

Had to knock off a star due to my initial order being cancelled while I was awaiting delivery, even though payment was taken, had to phone up to sort it out, then the order was despatched and arrived a few days later. Packaging was intact and goods arrived in good condition.

Store has great list of server cases in many price ranges.
Communication with staff was fast and easy. Product was processes and shipped fast without issues.

Overall great experience ordering. First of all I had great help via the chat to process my international order. Placed the order Tuesday morning and it was delivered on Thursday. Can't get any better for an international order. Combined with good pricing this shop is clearly a winner.
