They failed to deliver my dress for my birthday. After waiting 3 week, I knew there is something weird about this website, since you can not see real people reviews. Very unprofessional customer care. They missed the tracking nr and QR code with delivery company. My advise: Don't risk it and don't buy form them.
Don’t order. Quality is appalling. Picture vary from quality sent. No return to a UK hub so now I’m stuck paying £10 ish to return to China. Nothing on their ordering system to suggest no UK return. Very annoying. I guess they expect you to give up and not send things back. At £34.99, I am after my money
back. They also state that if you make a complaint you will not get a refund and forfeit customer service. Very threatening
