I made the mistake of trying to buy some sunglasses over a month ago. They still haven’t arrived and I have had no updates on my order. I have requested a refund but expect this to be difficult. Please don’t try and buy from this seller.

Please DO NOT order from this company! They are out to scam you (and succeeded!) I placed an order then cancelled it within an hour because by then I'd read the awful reviews. They refused to refund me despite the fact that the order hadn't been processed or dispatched and told me to return it and they'd refund me. I received it on 19 May and after 20 emails backwards and forwards they agreed to pay me a partial refund (40%) and for me to keep the item (a suit which was fit for nothing other than using as rags!!) They said if I were to return the suit (for a full refund) I would have to pay for the returns, the address they gave me they said was in a small village in China and lots of items got 'lost' in transit so I may have ended up getting no money back! So people, please avoid buying from them...awful, dishonest people!!

Do not honour delivery times, takes minimum of 3 weeks.
To get a refund you have to return to China at your own cost (no mention of this on website)
Poor response from customer service.
Checked my rights, false advertising due to consumer rights.
Working with bank on chargeback claim and will report to authorities

This is not Zara . The clothes are very poor quality (worse than primark I’d say ). Took 2 weeks to arrive and I am unable to return as there’s been no reply, so wasted money . Made in china clothes.

Scam company been 15 days since I’ve ordered an heard absolutely nothing. Unable to get in touch with customer service team. Just another shit Shopify drop shipper that doesn’t give 2 f*cks about building a reputable brand.

Wish I had read the reviews and ordered elsewhere!!
Website said it would be dispatched the next day and a week later nothing. I’ve emailed customer services and heard nothing back.
I ordered for an outfit for the weekend it won’t be here. So upsetting! I’ll be pushing for a charge back if I don’t hear by Monday!

I ordered a coat from this company based on their claim of dispatch within 1–2 days. It’s now well past that timeframe, and I’ve received zero updates on my order.

I’ve tried contacting customer service multiple times via both email and phone, and have been completely ignored. No response, no explanation—nothing.

At this point, this feels highly suspicious. If this isn’t resolved immediately, I will be pursuing a chargeback through my bank and reporting the company to the relevant UK authorities, including Action Fraud and the National Cyber Security Centre.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from here.

I ordered sunglasses on the 23rd Feb - they have still not arrived and on the shop app says they are awaiting details and despite asking for an update on the order on three occasions I have heard nothing from them and no movement on the tracking app either. Very frustrated and going to raise a charge back with my bank.

Bought a few pairs of sunglasses for my holiday, quality is really nice and they also provided protective casing for each pair of sunglasses.

Purchased 2 pairs of sunglasses from here, quality was very good and they came in lovely packaging. Hubby approved too.
