Had my parcel stole from me as Royal…

Had my parcel stole from me as Royal Mail left my £140 earlimg and neckless was left outside. I could tell from the photo it could easily have went through my letterbox. They are saying they are conducting an investigation which we all know leads to nothing. I questioned why the parcel was not taken for redelivery or signed for after all it's jewellery.

Now the best part is to get 20% off they want you to use thier A.I. which I used but never gave me payment protection as where if done manually you can select this offer.

As a company they have blocked my emails and telling me I'm in the wrong because I didn't select the A
I Version of payment protection. I screenshot every step to prove that this does not let you select it!.

I have spent 1000s on thier jewellery even items that were gifts from my fiancée.

I would advise people to be careful because they are at a testing phase of this and I've suffered a loss.

I had a email from one of thier Directors Jake who was lovely to prove how much I love thier jewelry but now I have no form of contact.

Enjoy the £140 my next purchase was going to be £300 but I'm afraid at this moment you have lost a true valuable customer. I am that gutted I'm about to sell all my items because I deserve to be treated better as a valuable customer.

No help with item lost in delivery

My item has been lost in delivery and Serge DeNimes is taking no responsibility for that, meaning I am more than £100 out with nothing to show for it. Serge DeNimes is refusing to refund me or send a replacement.

Returns are expensive, items are small

Ordered two items. Both good quality, but the sizing for men’s jewellery is tiny and the returns process is expensive!

They charged a return processing fee and the shipping cost, which is not cool.

Fast delivery and good quality necklace

Fast delivery and purchased item (Silver Estoc Necklace) was great. Only downside was the packaging/gift box was quite dusty/dirty for some reason? Made the overall impression of the product seem cheaper. Aside from the presentation, I'm very happy with my purchase and would buy from Serge DeNimes again.

Disappointing

Initial customer service was helpful and quick. The items I purchased look as described and were nice however, I ran into issues with fit and design. The rose bracelet part of the evermore collection had links that were fitted in a mismatched direction making them raised so the bracelet won’t lay flat when wearing it. The rose signet ring also part of the evermore collection was definitely sized wrong. I ordered a us 6, and it barely stayed on. I took it to a jewellers and they measured it to be a us 7, meaning it doesn’t fit. The st Christopher necklace is nice, but as someone who requires a shorter chain and had to order one, I wish there was a pendant only option.

Item ordered - not delivered

I’ve ordered an item and it’s been marked as delivered but I have not received this. I have emailed the company and awaiting a response. I’m hoping this gets resolved quickly. Can’t comment on the quality of their products as yet - with obvious reasons

The bracelet arrived promptly however it was not boxed - it was purchased as a gift so I was disposed given it was not a cheap purchase

I can see that you did not request gift wrapping, because of this, no gift box was given.
