I know we have the coronavirus and this company may be busy but that is no excuse for not answering the telephone or replying to emails. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and I have not heard anything from them. They have my money but I don't have their product.

Slight delivery delay due to the current Corvid-19 situation but apart from that fine!

Always happy with the service and have to thank them for prompt delivery.

Never received the items ordered and still not got a refund

Was surprised that the product was not sealed as our 5 litre bottle of sanitiser leaked in the box. When I informed their Facebook page the person who responded didn’t seem bothered and didn’t even apologised just said it has a cap!

The goods arrived quickly 3 x 500ml. And 5ltr refil Hand sanitiser. The hand sanitiser is as described perfume free, non irritating and in good containers. It is refillable and in large 500 ml. bottles as a foaming cleaner. I would love it if you could offer small pocket sized refillable bottles that could be handed out too. If these were even sold empty in packs of five with some sort of clip. Then they could be distributed to staff teams or domestic use.

I have been using Serenity Floor Cleaner for quite some time now and find it the best. I have tried many ways of keeping my tiled kitchen, bathroom and cloakroom floors clean and hygienic, including using a steam cleaner, bleach etc, but am more than satisfied with Serenity. Although the initial cost of buying a large container of the fluid seems quite expensive once it is diluted it works out very reasonable indeed. I order direct from Serenity Hygiene and my order is always delivered very quickly - within a day or too. More than happy to give a 5 Star rating.

After over a month, and a failed delivery due to leaked cans, I've finally received what ordered.

I use the degreaser for nearly every thing, it’s a great product, makes cupboard doors sqeak and shine, stains on carpets and floors lift off,
I use it diluted with hot water. Great product

By far the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Was told it would be next day delivery and four days later I am Still waiting. I have tried multiple times to contact the company and every time they have read my messages and ignored me. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Good product and smelt nice as well. Hoping it protects from Norovirus as this is a terrible time of year for it.
