Made an order on 5th November 2025. Tracking page said it had made it to the UK. Not moved since the 25th of November. It's now 22nd of December 2025. Emailed customer support, they said they would send the product again. Never did. Scam company. Avoid at all costs.

24th September 2025, I saw this wonderful advertisement for these mini violins that play a hard luck tune. They weren't major expensive or anything £9.99 each so I ordered 3. I am still waiting 20th December 2025. I have emailed them, they have told me several times it was on its way. Eventually they told me it was delivered. This was not the case. They gave me a dodgy delivery number and courier company. It's been awful. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

The product was supposedly shipped from the USA. The tracking updates showed that it took 2 weeks to leave the country. Then 4 days to get to the UK to a location in a field in Lincolnshire. Then not surprisingly it never arrived. I contacted them several times asking fir a refund buteach time got fobbed off with a "it will turn up eventually". It is now 52 days since I placed the order. Awful company, and terrible customer service. Avoid atcall costs

Have not sent item. Customer service reply with some fluffy crap about being sorry but sure the item will arrive soon. Could have walked to china to pick up personally by now! Avoid

Sent wrong product,( the real one obviously didn’t exist!!) overcharged, expected my partner to send it back to china and offered £2 comp. Fake company!

Product sent is completely wrong. Ordered a ‘world’s smallest violin’ that is supposed to be electronic with a button that plays a tune. Sent me one completely different, not electronic, no buttons, doesn’t play music, looks completely different.

They insisted that the product is correct, said I would have to pay return shipping cost or accept a £2 compensation payment. Product was £13.98 and I WILL be getting it back

I put on a review but didn’t have enough room. So I am finishing it today. They finally offered me £7. But also said to pass the costumes on to someone else. They wouldn’t admit there was anything wrong even though I’d sent photos. They said the warehouse said they were correct. I would never buy from people like these again. They finally gave me an address but wanted evidence of everything. The cost to send back was extortionate. I haven’t accepted the £7. It’s like admitted I was lying. I would rather put them in the bin as that’s all they are good for. Really bad company. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THESE

Scam , delivery not made .Company say in 2 different emails one saying delivered other saying undelivered.

They are now trying to get me to claim compensation from the Royal Mail!!!

I ordered a summer oversized dress from them. It took forever to arrive, probably coming from China. When it finally arrived the quality was dreadful and the size was like 3 sizes smaller than it should be. It is supposed to be an oversized floaty dress, and I could not even get it on at all. It is like a miniature dress, definitely not true to size, not even close. I contacted them to arrange a return for a refund and they just weren't helpful. They keep saying there is nothing wrong with the dress because their warehouse says so, and the most they would offer was a £2 refund if I keep the dress. No other alternative. I don't want to keep it, I want to return it for a refund, as per consumer rights according to distant selling regulations. They stopped replying. I think they are a SCAM company. I would strongly recommend to stay clear as the actual products are GROSSLY sub standard and nothing like in their adverts. By the way, if you try to leave a negative review in their Instagram page or in their website, they delete it immediately. That is why they always have only 8 positive reviews, not room for negative reviews!!

Dreadful company. Never order from them Placed order end of December Email received to say package had been delivered 27th December. Nothing on cctv. Was at home all day. Contacted company many times and said it was for me to contact the delivery company. Shocking service WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM

Awful company, purchased Cards Against Christmas from them beginning of December but didn’t receive the item until the end of December, when it arrived the quality was poor when opened, I then had a shock when playing them as out of 250 cards only around 25 cards weren’t duplicated meaning 75% of the pack is useless, they then offer me a £2 compensation

I ordered from this place on 26/11/2024, hoping to gift the item for Christmas. It's now 24/11, nearly a month later, and the item still hadn't shown up. It seems it has shipped from Canada (at the very least), which had I known it was coming such a distance, I wouldn't have ordered from there. For reference, I live in the UK.
