Defective items and long shipping delay
The order took nearly a month to arrive, delivered on July 4th. Unfortunately, one of the men's t-shirts arrived with a hole in the back that looks like a burn mark from something hot. Although it is not very large, we expected a brand new item in perfect condition. Additionally, the women's t-shirt does not match the product photos that motivated our purchase. The rest of the items were fine, but the quality control and shipping times definitely need improvement.
