I have not received my order. My emails are ignored, and my phone calls are unanswered.

I was scammed . I bought a present for my daughter spent $180 and said it would be 4-6 days 25 days later still nothing and now my daughter didn’t get this for Christmas I am so angry .
Not an Australian company. This is a classic drop shipping site masked as a local business.
Ordered a train for my son over a month ago and never got it.
Imagine if that was the only present that was waiting for him on Christmas morning?
Starting the refund process with my credit card company.

Should be 0 stars. Finally received part of my order, after spending a month being ghosted In correspondence. I disputed with Afterpay, on the 10/12/25, sensorytoys decided to reply to dispute on last day, like an hour after delivery last night. They even accused me of fraud, stating I disputed after I got my partial item delivered. Even quoted fair trade/credit rules. Nice try after ghosting hundreds of customers for over a month. I challenged their reply, showing that there is still an item sitting in China since 1/12 that I have not received yet, but Afterpay still closed in their favour.
Again, no answer to any correspondence
I do strongly suggest that you take your hard earned $$ elsewhere, save yourself from all this frustration from a non Australian company
I placed an order on 27/11 late pm
On 28/11 received thank you for my purchase email.
Then I got worried as there was no order number to track ..then I read all the negative reviews and got worried as they said no response or only half orders received.
I emailed the company to ask for a purchase order to track and they responded by return on a Sunday.
This allowed me to track my order and it has arrived today 23/12 with everything that I ordered in the parcel plus my two free mystery gifts
Part of my order was for the 196 magnetic electric railway ….I received 196 pieces ( 2 boxes x 98 pc)

I would give it 0 if that was an option. I ordered AussieMate Audible Flashcards on 2 Nov and still haven’t received the item - I have emailed several times and they say they are trying to find out when it will be despatched. I am now going to contact my credit card. I did receive the 3 cars I also ordered - these came in plastic cellophane bags and 2 were the same colour and not as advertised. Beware!! I thought I was ordering from an Australian company.
It's fake website. I saw Instagram ad ordered something for Christmas.
They claim "based out of Australia", cannot really contact them or see their presence.
It's coming from China, a shell company registered in Australia.
Placed an order on 27 November, and it's been almost a month, the shipment has not left China yet. No response from their customer service as it's a form .

I purchased the flashcard devices, 1 works and the other doesn’t, I have emailed them 3 asking to either replace the faulty item or refund me the money, they have ignored my emails.
Do Not deal with this company, they are thieves and scammers

Item was Recalled. Promised refund but 2 months later... still waiting. 4 emails sent with excuse that they are having difficulty with efunds for people that paid with PayPal .

Ordered on 4th December - querying Whats happened and looked here and realised it’s a scam. Ordered magnetic train set and 2 other specials and guessing I wasted money. It looked like a legit website as I am usually very careful. Received it first week of january - still very disappointed as I assumed it was an Australian company and would receive quickly asit was a Christmas present. Definitely overpriced for the quality.

Absolutely do not buy from this fake australian company. BUYER BEWARE
As like all other reviews battered box and damage toy delivered. No communication to redeem. I just wish I had read reviews before my purchase to check if this was an australian company. Clearly offshore ripping us all off.
I wish there was a way to stop this. I will ring Fair Trade to see.
Looks like I was also a victim of the shiny Facebook and Instagram ads - I purchased what I thought was a 96 piece magnetic train set for my Grandson for Christmas. I was also supposed to receive two extra free trains. It's only a 36 piece track and the rest of the 'pieces' include tiny pillars, stickers and the USB charger is also counted as a 'piece'! I smelled a rat when the tracking showed it was coming directly from China - it's obviously a drop shipping company. I will try and complain but don't hold out much hope of any success. They've probably taken everyone's money, locked up and gone. SO ANNOYED!

i ordered back 25 Nov 25, and it is 7 days to chrismas and it looks like it will not be here. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING. they give you a tracking order, nothing updated, they give you a support email, no replies.
it is not in Australia but China.

I can't believe I was scammed by this dodgy company. On face value and on all investigation they seemed completely legitimate, they say their products will be promptly sent from Sydney, yet I checked the tracking and it was coming from Yanwen China only to have disappeared in transit. ACCC will be dealing with it from here on.

Update, customer service response is very delayed but the product arrived it just basically took soo long it was probably shipped directly from overseas. If u need something with local stock look elsewhere. What what I know the product was of adequate quality though (I sent it to a friend as a gift). Just keep in mind if I want to order from this place allow a full month for delivery.

Ordered a toy set for $81
Been waiting more than a month for delivery.
Tracking now shows delivered but nothing has been delivered messaged the company now looking for a resolution/refund.
Seeing other people's reviews and messages I think this website might just be a scam.

So, same experience as others. Items bought 2nd of December, they even replied quickly at the start when I asked about gift wrapping etc as I’m in Ireland. I noticed this week that the items are still waiting to be dispatched from China!! Not the Sydney Warehouse that they claim to have in their email. I’m so annoyed!! now I have no Christmas gifts for my Australia Nephew and Niece. They no longer are responding to emails. Please avoid this business.

I ordered MagTrack Pro - Magnetic Electric Railway Builder (Limited Edition) × 1 - 196 (Mega) on 30 Nov and am yet to receive the item. I have emailed them and received a response saying that they were going to track what happened, but have heard nothing since. This toy was a present for Christmas. I am not even sure this is a legitimate company now because they do not seem to have a street address or phone number. I am so disappointed and am hoping someone can tell me whether I need to report this as a scam or not.
Scam company!! Spent $160 to receive nothing. Have been emailing for 3 weeks for a refund and no response. They are deleting comments from other buyers claiming the same thing. Report!

Place an order of the largest train set $170 on Boxing Day 3/12 sales and never got any email from them. I did payment option with Afterpay. Surely companies with Afterpay wouldn’t be a scam. I guess that is not true. Email them on the 9/12 as I haven’t heard anything and only got a response today saying they have no order from my email address and address.
Afterpay refused to canceled the order as they pay upfront to the shop and the retail already received the money. Now I’m down $170 at Christmas time and my 4 years old with no present.
