Package arrived damagef and from China and not Sydney as advertised. So much for Australian made and owned. Quality is cheap. Cards are advertised as being tear-proof but they are are tear and fray so easily.

Ordered 2 AussieMate Flash cards. Parcel arrived in two days. Lovely sturdy box. Device smaller than I expected but perfect for little hands. Cards nicely packed in a box. Also comes with a storage bag and a usb charger so no dangerous batteries. The device works exactly the same as in the ad. My only comment would be that sounds aren’t needed for the vehicles as they all beeping/honking or siren noises which detracts a bit from the pronunciation of the word. Cards will probably still get damaged as they aren’t as thick as I expected. Overall a great product we are ordering more for friends babies and my son’s special needs school holiday programme. Great value product happy to give 5 stars.

After receiving a recall email for the Magnetic Chess set I had purchased as a gift, I was offered a refund, if I returned the product. I posted the item off at my expense, over 6 months ago and still no refund. I have sent MANY emails and the company says they have a problem refunding through PayPal, which does not make sense to me. Will not provide refund any other way. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, they have very dishonest trade practises.

Rachel in customer service was so patient and understanding, but the digger toy was not great quality and one of the lights fell off on the second use.

The product was recalled. I was offered the option to order another product or receive a refund. I didn’t want another product so asked for a refund and received a refund quickly. The issue was resolved in a timely manner.

There was a recall, but we were happy to keep the product as we are a house of adults so no safety issues. Its the magnetic magnets game. Communication has been good and understanding of our choice.

After my intial concerns as i had trouble contacting support,
i have now received my item & a refund for an error i made in the check out. The support team reached out & fixed the order for me.
So far i am happy with the purchase.

Although the product was recalled all dealings with this company was good. They contacted me to notify me of the recall almost 12 months after purchase. The full refund was made promptly and follow up emails were professional.

Ordered a Train set in November 2025 for Christmas 2025 and half of ot never arrived. Poor communication. Was told I was getting a replacement sent out now of feb still nothing but I did get an email to again have to proof everything to then be told they are now sold out so we have a small set with a train that now doesn’t work as it doesn’t charge anymore and only getting half the refund, According to tracking (when they decide to update it) items from overseas when they Requested refund and heard nothing. Wet unhappy contact details say Australian location but am numbers are disconnected and address isn’t true nothing but SCAMMERS..Do not buy from them m also know see they have a new business name kids sensory toys instead of sensory toys Australia ne careful trusting them

Product recalled so I contacted them to organise another product, they took two weeks to respond.
I responded immediately with my confirmation of a replacement, they took another two weeks to confirm. Product arrived three weeks later.
Pretty poor time management skills - in my opinion.

Order when received did not have the charging cable included so isn't able to be used.
More than a week later and still no response to if/when a charging cable will be supplied so very disappointed in time taken to rectify problem.

I purchased 2 of the Magnetic trains sets, some of the trains were faulty, so I contacted Sensory Toys to return the faulty trains and get the replacement trains.
The staff told me to email a photo and a video of the faulty trains. Two days later I got an email saying the replacement is on its way.
And it arrived with 2 brand new sets!
I was absolutely amazed as I only expected to receive the trains! I was already so pleased for not needing to go to the post office!
Thanks so much Sensory Toys for giving this 71 year old grandma such a great online purchase experience!

Only clicked on one star to get the comment box to pop up. Would not have given any stars otherwise. The product I order was recalled and I was offered a credit to purchase another item. Over 3 months and 7 emails later I still have not received the replacement item I ordered. I have provided my order number to 2 different people and still no reply.

Order #189477. They sell items they don't even have in stock. When questioned about the rest of my order they denied they sold the little cars separately. I was so disappointed. I did get refunded for the two cars that I paid for eventually. The train set was excellent though.

I have been trying to return a toy and receive a refund, as per the company policy.
I have had to send multiple email to get the correct information.
I have returned the product and given the company the tracking details weeks ago. Still no money!!
