Just 10-20 mins each day and things are definitely changing.
It is manageable and very intelligent.
I find CBT books overwhelming.
This is an excellent format.

Sensa and ADHD - a great pair
I use Sensa to help me regulate my ADHD. It’s so helpful to be educated about myself while working toward habits that will sustain a better lifestyle for me. It has been so eye opening. I have been using the app for 2 months now and plan to continue!

Sensa is a Combination Spotlight and Magnifying Glass
Sensa has shone a combination spotlight and magnifying glass on things I’d never considered to be components of my procrastination problem. I’m by no means finished working on this, but it feels better to have the beginnings of understanding what’s going on, and that first and foremost my problem ISN’T that I’m incapable or lazy.

Super friendly, Concise teachings, Very Valuable. Definitely worth the money!!!
I can confidently say that the procrastination program has made a positive difference in my life.
I understand the reasons behind why I procrastinate, what it means to be conscious of our inner critic voice, being compassionate and forgiving of our own self and a lot of other important realisations.
From the very first lesson, when I started reading the first article/blog, I felt optimistic because the concept, the teaching was explained in a very simple and concise manner. I felt it covered almost all the points anyone should cover while talking about overcoming procrastination.
After that, day by day, with each article and task, I came to understand the reasons behind why I was doing stuff the way I was doing, same with my behaviour.
Its been almost 5 weeks now, and having gone through this journey, I am very optimistic and positive that I will be able to better understand and regulate my emotions and my energy.

Great guides
Great guides. I really like how Sensa breaks down CBT lessons into bite-sized chunks for each day (you can't skip and finish lessons ahead of time, so you need to come back to the app every day).

Sensa is very helpful app to deal with procrastination. I have added few simple activities for 2 weeks and tried to complete those small tasks daily. Once I had the habit for those, I moved to some more tasks to complete daily. Mood tracker is also a great feature and weekly assessment also helps a lot to keep a tab on my anxiety and depression levels

keeps you motivated and informed all the way
It guides you through the process with bite-sized lessons and very practical exercises all the way through. The amount of explanation that the app gives is deep enough but short enough to stay maintainable. The content is highly up-to-date scientifically. It brings together many fields in order to give you a robust understanding of the issue.

doable, bite-size pieces
The Sensa app experience is pleasant and accessible, with upbeat, positive language to deliver its coaching messages, activities, and daily bits of learning. I feel that the procrastination program is helping me to shift my thinking: understanding that procrastination is most often a product of emotional disregulation removes a lot of negative feelings such as shame and blame. About 2 weeks in, it’s clear this is not a “magic bullet” or overnight fix. That makes sense, considering that it takes practice and diligence to change one’s approach to emotions we instinctively seek to avoid; and Sensa’s short daily activities provide solid opportunities & encouragement. I like that I can progress at my own pace; I can skip a day (or more) when necessary, picking up where I left off, with no judgment, only encouragement.
It would be useful to have an optional reminder to toggle on/off, which could be set to the desired frequency (e.g., daily, twice daily, every second day, certain days of the week).

Signed up for a free trial–lost $120
Signed up for a free trial, got charged $120. Automatic renewal of $59 came without warning (no emails or app alerts). I blocked the transaction on PayPal, but it somehow still went through. Contacted Sensa the next day to cancel the subscription I didn't know I had, and see about getting my money back, and they said "company policy, blah blah blah–you're not getting your money back".
Got this because of an ad targeted at folks seeking to improve mental health–engaging with this company has been a step in the wrong direction.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK

Lifetime Membership Would be a Plus!
Lifetime Membership Would be a Plus!
The app helped me to be more present and mindful of my emotions and reactions. It would be great if there's a lifetime membership in one payment which I did on another helpful app.

Helpful
I've been using Sensa for about a month now, and things have really changed for the better. I have finished my first course, and am now on to the second, I've been trying to keep up with my mood tracker, I've started journaling and the most useful is definitley the activities section, as I've really been trying to complete them all daily.
