The challenge was nice and informative
The challenge was nice and informative. I didn't like the limitation of one lesson per day.
Costumer service was very responsive when needed.
the notifications and reminders aren't effective.

Helpful and friendly
Sensa helped me reflect on the process of my procrastination and gave me tools to try and stop the vicious cycle. The tips and design felt soothing and friendly and kept me going.
I would recommend trying it out.

Hold on to your money
Hold on to your money. This app does nothing that you cant find on line for free. Use your calender to checkin and note your daily feelings and that cost nothing but will give the same experience as Sensa.

Best investment in myself in a long time!
I am still using Sensa. It is one of the first and few apps I am devoted to. I am learning and discovering so much about myself I am getting things done that I had put off far too long. Now I understand why! I am learning self compassion among other important things. I love having access to Sensa 24/7! Five weeks of Sensa has been more powerful and beneficial than anything I have experienced.

Trustworthy
I was a bit hesitant about trying the challenge that promised me my money back on completion, but I needn't have worried. Once I finished my plan and emailed the company, I got my refund with no fuss.
In the end Sensa probably wasn't exactly what I was looking for, but I would definitely recommend it to others. If you give it your best shot and use it every day, at the end of 28 days you will either know that this app is great for you, or you'll get your money back. So you've really got nothing to lose - and a great incentive to remember to use the app. A worthwhile experience overall.

This app definitely did the job...
This app definitely did the job. I'm 40 years old, managing a family and my own social enterprise. I was a workaholic in the past and then I got burned out and started procrastinating for a few years already. Interestingly, This app made me understand that workaholism and procrastinating stemmed from the same "problematic" and unhealthy roots of my demanding upraising. Neither mode was healthy, both burned me out and I never saw it before I used this app.
And it's not like I'm free of procrastinating now, but every time it crawls from my unconsciousness, I have the right glasses to see it and most of the time deal with it consciously, using the tools provided. I think I will also repeat the 4 weeks journey again after some time.
One thing I wished for in this app, and probably because I'm a visual person. is to see some infographics or illustrations that make it visually easy to understand the process. I ended up drawing down the procrastinating cycle on a paper and from there I started branching out of it all the new healthy techniques I was gaining through the app, to help myself understand which part of the cycle these techniques help with. The app itself is clean to the eye and the illustrations are cute and minimal which is important for me.

Review after a week of using the app
I've been using Sensa for a week and I really like it. I like the daily check ins to gauge where I am, the daily readings on my diagnosis, and the goals I set for myself. I have learned a lot and am feeling much better.

Useful and motivating content
Varied contents to help organize ourselves and keep motivated for a charged and active life.
Few longer edits of guided meditation would be very useful in addition to the current <10min audio clips.

It is great!
It is great!! The lessons could have more information, but if you don’t have much time It’s an awesome way to stay more accountable!

Not sure after 30 days
Used the app for 30 days so far over about 6 weeks. Nice short daily readings and tasks; easy to complete and gives a sense of achievement. That being said, not yet sure about the effectiveness of the advice. This could partly be because I have already tried and practice many of the recommendations. Would like to know where the advice comes from - without referencing quality sources the advice on the app seems to lack authority or validity.

Checking in each day works!
SENSA really helped by having me check in every day, keeping me on track for meeting my goals. The small success of checking in each day not only kept me in tune with how I really felt and thought about things, but also provided encouragement to keep moving in the upward direction.

Nice app, but charging you too much...
It's a really nice app, but way too expensive for me. And you have to be extremely careful to cancel your subsription 48 hours before the start of new period, otherwise you'll be charged full price for the new period! And they don't notify you, when this time comes. This is not so nice... Hence only 2 stars.

Achievable tasks to understand procrastination
I liked small chunks of reading helping to understand procrastination. Every day I would get to read a piece about a different aspect of pracrastination which was helpful, short, and broken down into small bits, so it was easy to complete it and reduce negative feeling produced by my procrastination.

Expert guidance any time, in the pocket
The daily reminders and well-thought-out course plan helps a lot on the journey to self-improvement. The activities suggested are quite broad and might seem daunting at first, and some explanations would definitely be welcome (e.g. why would the app recommend both a cold shower and a warm shower). The tasks are really great and doing them every day naturally builds up a habit of taking care of the chores and items one is procrastinating on. A suggestion though: opening the app and doing the exercises or activities should definitely clear the relevant notifications about them. Or the notifications for the previous day should really disappear by the next day.

Not everything is perfect.
Well, honestly, I'm not sure if it was mainly my fault or if the app didn't grab my attention. I loved it! Ain't gonna lie about, BUT when I had to read all the information I couldn't keep for so long, although the activities checklist and daily check-up were very helpful for me. The illustrations as well, so cute and well-designed.
