Andrew is a good listener
Andrew is a good listener. He adjusted a couple of things as he presented seniors Choice. Andrew is patient respectful and humorous. I am famous for being humorous myself and he responded appropriately without crossing a boundary. Andrew knows the material. I sensed he is proud to sell Seniors Choice. I enjoyed having him as the guide to explain everything in detail. He covered the sensitive questions with Gracecand was open to being encouraged to bring the topic of MAID to the staff meetings to figure out how to handle the subject.
