Ordered something for my mom's birthday from Send Best Gift, they confirmed it the day before and agreed on next day delivery. After order payment no proper response for enquiries. Whenever got connected they told delivering today, and finally delivered the items after 4 days.

Absolutely disappointed with the service provided. I ordered a gift hamper for my parents wedding anniversary and faced 2 problems:
1. I understand it is covid times and placed the order a day early to not cause any delay but had to keep chasing them till last moment for the delivery to happen.
2. And when the delivery came it was sheer disappointment - the dry fruits came in small plastic covers instead of a wrapped basket and same case with the fruits (bananas are almost spoilt)

The worse thing is there was a bill from local MORE for 1347 INR which my parents had to see and this was supposed to be a surprise. And moreover i placed an order for a whopping 3298 INR.

Never placing an order with SendBestGift again

It has great delivery service. I m happy with its service. Keep it!

Placed an order for gift to deliver on the eve of raksha bandhan. Paid money through gpay and money got deducted but order got cancelled. Thought to contact through whatsapp but the team is hell bent on not giving response and refund too... So much for customer credibility... Big scammer one or a stupid site with no proper architecture

Disappointing !
I ordered a teddy bear from @sendbestgift order id - SBG10012702. The gripe about the order is, I got delivered a completely different product. The teddy bear is not as shown on the website & is of bad quality with stuff coming out from everywhere. I contacted them through email, but they refused to give any service. I so wanna upload the image of the teddy bear so that you all can see, but there is no option to upload an image. Please have a look at the product on twitter- @bakshi_sanah.
I would suggest not to buy anything from sendbestgifts ever.

I dnt know whether its a scam team or not, according my order there was a bunch of flowers with 1Kg cake and due to covid19 i understand the situation as flowers are not coming, i was like ok. But they told that they will send chocolates worth the amount of flowers after cake. If could take the action and deliver the remaining gift.

Sendbestgift is really a good online gifting portal. I ordered red velvet cake and flower basket for Bangalore location for my sister's birthday. Cake was really good in taste and they delivered the ordered on time. I highly recommend it and will order more in future from this site.

I will recommend senbestgift as a wonderful online gifting platform as it has on time delivery services which makes every occasion delightful. I ordered cake and personalised gifts for my closed ones birthday . They deliver my bundle of love to my loved ones on time and the cake was really good in taste and the gift is also perfect . I have used many sites but sendbestgift is my one stop solution. I am using the website from past 1 year now and always get the excellent service. I strongly recommend the site to everyone, must try once!

Had a pretty bad experience. Ordered chocolates to be delivered in India for Diwali. First day I get an email saying we missed delivery today so we will deliver tomorrow. No issues and I was okay. Next day again I get an email saying couldn’t deliver will deliver tomorrow. I was like arghh, ok deliver it tomorrow for sure. Next day again I get an email saying could t deliver today and will deliver today. That got on my nerves, sent an email asking what was the reason for the delay. You missed three days in a row and next day is diwali and how will you deliver on festival day. They replied saying we work 365 days we have resources to deliver and for sure the package will be delivered on Diwali. I was okay let me give one last chance.

Next day again it was not delivered and the reason was chocolate I ordered was not in stock. What a scam. Chatted with them and the customer service was rude as hell. He started using offensive language and in few minutes he deleted the chat. No idea why this business has good reviews.

It was a big head ache to get the money refunded. Had to chat, send multiple emails and finally after a week it was refunded (not the full amount but a dollar less and no idea why).

Worst team ever...they literally play with your time n emotions ..two guys Deepak n Sandeep..they will go you nicely..just playing around..they just cheat you nicely..they told me they will deliver it on eve then tomorrow morning but wen you call them to enquire they literally abuse you n threaten you ..n finally cancel your order..i am takin a legal action against them. Since they have harassed me..dnt ever order with this website

The company is very much fraud. They dont deliver the product on time and when we cancel the order. They dont refund the money and also dont give any response. This company is too much fraud.

I was Very much disappointed. Do not order from Sendbestgift if you want to surprise somebody , as they are not providing delivery on time.
There is no use if receiving the product after the due delivery date, if you want to surprise somebody.
I had ordered flower and some other gifts selected from their site.
Delivered flower is not the one selected and the gifts were not even wrapped.Just the same manner seeing at site . All people around the guest can also see what is given . Delivery also made at night not on time as promised.
Not worth to use" send best gift", no professionalism. Beware!!!

Very dissapointed. Do not order from Sendbestgift if you want to surprise somebody , as they are a pro at not providing delivery on time. There is no use if receiving the product after the due delivery date, if you want to surprise somebody.
The customer support is also not helpful at all. They just ask us to wait for their call for updates,..but they never call.
I had ordered a personalized gift on 29th Aug and delivery date was scheduled for Sep 3rd.And it was really important for us to get the product delivered on time. Even though chatting with them and making multiple calls, they did not deliver the product on time and it reached 4-5 days late. And the order we received was also a different one. Disgusting Site. Beware!!!

Please avoid them. A bunch of incompetent and callous folks. I ordered a birthday cake for delivery, paid a premium price for 1/2kg cake and on top of that, paid 199 for delivery charge. Their mail said delivery will be between 11AM to 8PM. At around 5:30 PM when I chatted with them, they casually tell me that the delivery can happen only the next day!!! (You guys have charged me a premium for same day delivery) and cited a fictitious road block as the reason. I requested to attempt delivery as a birthday cake sent the next day will have no value. No response from them Around 7, i called again and this time I got another reason for non delivery. I asked for a full refund. I was asked to mail them, which I did. But have not got any response. Now they are not answering WhatsApp calls and they disconnect the calls!

I expect a full refund failing which I will take further action.

I have ordered cake 2 days back . The cake I have ordered was photo cake chocolate truffle cake for but the cake delivered was some pathetic third class fruit cake... They have charged so much for cake and bouquet and the service they provided is extremely terrible... They should not make fool out of customers...
Really DISSAPOINTED
