I can see you ordered on Christmas Day (Thursday 25th December) and your bear was delivered on Tuesday 30th December - which is the next working day after Christmas (your order was built and despatched Monday the 29th December).
I’d say that’s pretty good going in all honesty - we hope you enjoy your bear!

I needed a particularly meaningful gift to send to someone I don't know well -
but needs the quiet support from 'a someone' your dog was perfect- exactly what I was looking for. Very straight forward and efficient ordering and despatching service.

TURTLE
It arrived just in time, really quick. It was nicely packaged and the turtle is really soft with amazing audio quality. We loved it!!
The only issue was that the package wasn't able to track (I believe it's more the delivery's service problem). And they tossed the box to my feet under the rain instead of giving it to my hands, which thankfully just damaged the box.

Great business and really well packaged!
Great business to buy from! The bear came really well packaged and gift wrapped, great quality and I love the little costume on it too! Price was great and the heartbeat inside it is an amazing addition. I'm definitely keeping them in mind to buy from again in the future !

Phenomenal, when doing the audio. I shouldve been a bit louder but thats on me. Everything else was fine, the delievery, price. I made the order from the US and it was just in time for the day that I wanted it. I appreciate the service.
