Selro is great, we have been using it from the start.
I'm unsure why one of the reviews say they have an issue uploading the inventory, it is so simple and help is there when you need it.
The launch day for Amazon Netherlands and Selro were on the ball and ready with the integration of this new market place.
If you need any features adding Kem will help 100% and change the system for your needs.
Creating new products is really easy to use.
If you are looking for a system that is easy to use, lots of features and at a great price Selro is for you.

Another review, but there is not much room for anything else than 1 star. Selro support is NON exist, they never care about your issues, answer support tickets randomly after 2 days or 2 weeks, depending on the lunar phase, I guess. Being the most affordable provider for this kind of service obviously leads to the thinking that there support can be the worst as well.

We ran into some issues with our feed and Kem was quick to help us out and jump on conference calls with various companies to figure out the issue. We've been using Selro for years and without them would not have our inventory or orders automatically updated to our internal systems. I would highly recommend Selro to other businesses considering their services.

The support is sometimes slow or unresponsive, and another time super fast. The system itself is very stable and reliable. You get about the same functions for a much more reasonable price compared to solutions like Brightpearl or Linnworks. They still need to work a lot on reporting, the statistics and graphs are sometimes confusing and not always true. But stock synchronization over multiple sales channels works perfect, and adding products and updating to multiple sales channels in bulk works pretty well, but not always perfect.
Payed 99€ and after a month nothing is still working.
I strongly discourage using Selro platform. Don't waste your money, don't be fooled.
We are professional sellers for 10 years and this is the worst system we have ever used.
For almost a month they have been blocking our listing activity with dramatic impacts on our business , as they have not even been able to load the inventory on their platform!
Every time a problem, every time he stopped for some reason.
They took the monthly payment money smoothly without ever even allowing me to upload my inventory.
You are always answered by a commercial service that has the presumption of being a technical support (but she does not understand anything about technical things and even takes you around). Then a technician rarely answers you but he was never able to solve the problem: every time, he says he has solved the issue, but he never solvde.
I repeat, a month and have not even been able to afford the first simple step "importthe inventory". I am not talking about any special feature but just the simple and basic inventory import.
I strongly discourage any professional seller from using Selro.
You will throw your money, you will waste time with the huge problems of their software.

we have been using selro for many years now. we could not have gwown without such a fantastic system in place. i have seen the system evolve over the years and it just seems to be getting better and better. in the past 6 years of using the system we have only had to put a handfull of support request but found them to always be answered very prompty and all issues resolved swiftly.
I would highly reccomend selro for the small / Medium size businesses looking to be succeful online.

Absolutely NO supporting documentation, No forums, No community to ask question, A Useless FAQ with bare bones answers. So you have no support with software that is buggy and doesnt do things correctly AND isn't that intuitive. Have 1 item but want to list on another channel? OK but a ton of errors pop up in doing so and YOU HAVE 0 support in figuring out what is going on or what needs to be done to complete this. In fact the whole multi channel selling is the weakest part! Errors up Errors to post 1 item across multiple channels, you would think they would of stream lined this or had documantation on how to do it. They have like a total of 5 youtube videos of generic stuff that doesnt help or explain anything.

I've had a brief encounter with selro and I must say it's pretty decent looking interface and okay software. I signed up for a trial as I was going to move from linnworks due to their recent price hike however linnworks have backtracked, So for now I'm going to stay with them, what I will say about selro is it's certainly worth considering, firstly the price is pretty good, it's around the price I would expect to pay as a small business, admittedly linnworks is more expensive but selro does exactly what you would expect it to. It had all the functions required for order management and stock control. It integrates with royal mail and many other couriers. Ebay, Amazon are supported for inventory control and listing. Not sure how reliable the selro inventory control was as I never got round to using it. I know linnworks in the past was pretty buggy although it improved as time passed.
The only downside for selro was the lack of support documentation. For me the support documentation is very important. Moving to a new system and not having documentation to guide you can be a problem, I generally found myself contacting support a number of times to get the answers I needed. I also found getting my issue answered properly was a little challenging however they did try. I think selro support seemed to be a little overwhelmed by the amount of linnworks customers were trialling selro after linnworks announced another price hike which has since been retracted. In all honesty if i didn't have previous experience with order management software I wouldn't have a clue how to use selro so the lack of documentation would cause a problem for some, however I was able to get by.
If you are looking for a no thrills does what it says on the tin inventory / listing / shipping software then i would seriously consider Selro. I still may move to Selro at some point, at the moment linnworks have retracted their price increases so for now I'm going to stay put however Selro is the order management tool I've identified as being a direct linnworks replacement.
The only reason I've given 4 stars and not 5 is due to the lack if documentation, if there was adequate documentation then it would have been 5 stars.

I have been using this software for over a year now and the Selro team have been improving it continuously. The best thing Is If you have an Issue you can create a ticket and they help you asap by either explaining how to get things set up or by applying a fix. It's also very customisable and allows you to interconnect listings that share the same stock. For example if you sell say a product that is made of multiple quantities of multiple items on loads of different listings you only need to update the core stock amounts and then selro makes the calculations and does the rest. They have just added Onbuy and It supports all the usual Amazon and ebay sites along with the usual carts like woocommere etc. It supports fba and allows you to sell your fba on other sites if you so wish. You can customise your stationery such as Invoices and delivery notes and they are working on improving the automation of things like Invoices to customers. It has many shipping integrations that should cover most users and for me I am able to part use the uk mail integration to export a csv shipping file for my particular non typical carrier and that works pretty well. I am hoping they will add an manual csv shipping file import at some stage. It has a messaging system built in for amazon and ebay messages but I do find in reality It's still faster to use the marketplaces directly as I suspect It's just not possible to view mesages faster than directly although I could be wrong. As with all software I am always finding little tweeks that I would like to be changed but all in all I think this software does currently offer me the best balance between all of the requirements I need.

I have been using Selro for 3 years now. it must be said that at start was basic but we are witness of the awesome improvement they have done during last year. Support by David and Kloe is now better than never and one of the best customer service my company is provided with from a supplier/service. They go an extra mile to help and in most cases they even listen and apply our suggestions for features and improvements. Selro is at the moment the best value for money order and stock management software for online marketplace retailers. Yes, there are some features that if you sign in for a trial or at start that wont work (which is frustrating a bit), bust just send an support ticket and mostly will be dealt with. At the moment we are very happy with Selro and no regrets to say that it is working better than ever. Hopefully they can keep up with the improvements shown lately and maintain great support.
been a selro customer for over a year now! i previously used other inventory management software that functioned in the same way but cost twice as much. cant recommend this product enough.. on top of this the customer sevice is excellent. amazing product
We tried to use Selro for 3 months and the owner Kem was full of promises. We used two warehouses and despite assurances Selro never could get the inventory straight. Not even Ebay (which is pretty much standard these days) would work properly. Constantly showing products there as out of stock while there was plenty of stock in a warehouse.
The much needed webhook for Woo works spotty at best, at times not importing products for 36 hours.
After using Selro for only three months we had to do a complete physical inventory count to just somewhat stay in the game. Selro is one of those products that promises so many features, reality is different, do yourself a favor and stay away.
On top of all this they could not even get the billing right and every month took more money than the $99 they state. They refunded the money but common how hard can this be to get right?

Has great communication skills along with having a understanding of the products she is working with and not afraid to tell you if she needs more help.
