Never received payment
Never received payment for the books I sold to them. When I followed up, customer service said it would be paid within a week. Two months on I've received nothing which is hugely disappointing

Easiest/Best site to sell back books!
Very easy to scan and get estimates on buy back amounts. Once I accepted the offer, so to speak, took 1-2 days for the shipping label to pop up in my account. After the books were shipped it took only a couple of days for them to be received and processed. Really a very smooth process. Will do again if I have any other books!

Very easy! You simply scan your books, they give you a price submit sale, print label put on box, drop off. DONE! Feels better to sell then throw away my college books and processing time is quick along with payment!

It was easy to scan the books and see the prices. After confirming and agreeing to sell, receiving an email with the mailing label was convenient. I opted for a check to be sent to me instead of a direct deposit. I received my check timely. I will sell additional books when I have time to look at my bookshelf at my office.
