This is now the third review I am…

This is now the third review I am leaving in attempt to get a resolution.

This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've had with a buyback company. I sent my book on **5/23**, and for weeks I've been forced to chase down a payment that should have been processed without all of this hassle.

Customer service takes several days to respond to every email, dragging this issue out even longer. Every time I think it's finally resolved, I'm given another excuse or told to wait. I was specifically told my payment issue had been resolved and that my ACH payment was sent on **6/30**. It is now **7/7**, and there is still no payment in my bank account.

I kept my end of the agreement by sending my book, but this company has failed to keep theirs by paying me in a reasonable amount of time. No customer should have to spend weeks repeatedly following up just to receive money they are owed. This level of communication and service is completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before using this company.

It was super easy to initiate the transaction and they provide a shipping label. Some titles don’t have a super high price tag, but knowing that someone else will love it and that it’s no longer sitting on a shelf collecting dust seems like a win to me.

Easy to use

Easy to use. Happy with the ease of sending books to sell. Only thing I don’t like is that every book scanned goes in the cart and has to be removed. There might be a setting to change that but I don’t know.

I listed on my I pad the books I wanted…

I listed on my I pad the books I wanted to sell only to find that I needed to print off a returns label. I re entered all the numbers on my lap top, to find that a returns label was no longer required. A QR code was needed instead. This hasn’t been sent to my phone. It would be nice to have some communication given the 2 hours spent trying to complete this operation. There is no way to revisit an order and check where the problem lies. I have since lost all details and a ‘suspicious activity’ notice on my page. Automation not helpful.

Books went missing

Books went missing. It was difficult to get WoB to help identify where the loss occurred.
It may be a coincidence but it was mainly the higher value books that they apparently did not receive
