30.04.21 EDF Negative review

*I did not have a nice experience at all, actual bills were different from agreement, hence misold.
Agreed that both Gas and Electricity will be £54, ended up being billed for £164.30.
Only Electricity was credit meter, Gas was pay as you go, but was give a bill for pay as you go as well.
Asking me to pay for Gas I have prepaid already.
After payment of the resolved bill I decided to leave for British Gas.

*Collected final bill three time, on three different occasion with three different amounts, after paying all I was still being asked to pay the 4th final bill, despite the fact that there is no more contractual relationship.

*Customer service agent bang the phone on me on a bout f coprocessing.
Promised that engineers were coming waited but no engineer on about three occasion.

*Manager could not resolve issues properly.

***Please someone should intervein, we don't have a contractual relationship with Edf again, yet they are still after us to pay for service i have paid British gas for, in which British gas are now providing for us.

Mohit Khatwani give me very nice and excellent service.

James was a lovely person who was very patient with me as I am a first time house owner and this is all new to me so he took his time with me and explain everything to me. James also answered any questions I had and made sure I was happy with everything. He also found me a cheaper tariff then what I was on which i really appreciate.

Andrew Williamson was absolutely excellent. I needed to set up a new payment for gas and electricity. He went through every step, giving me clear, professional advice. His phone manner was calm, very informative and he guided me through the whole process.
I’m grateful for his professionalism and the ease of setting this up.

Very helpful in sorting out new supply details on moving house

Wanted to connect to EDF energy, however was connected to Select. Have an account with EDF, the select representative set me up to new tariff at higher rate. Not at all happy with their action on a false pretences they changed the contract to the new one at higher rate. Very disappointed when I received the confirmation email from select.

Mohit was very helpful and polite. Unfortunately at this moment in time The energy package is not suitable as I am moving within 6 months and would gave to pay exit fee.

Ella sorted me out a great deal with EDF Energy today. Left SSE who are useless , I hope I have a much more productive union with EDF, thanks again Ella for sorting me a great deal out 👌
