Was scammed by this company

Was scammed by this company, they made me move when I moved into my new house and demanded my bank details and said it was “official”. Can’t complain though because they’re based in France. Waiting to here back from EDF now as to how I can formally complain/sue

Changeing energy tarrif

The guy Mohit was easy to talk to made me feel comftable and not at all dumb (i am when it comes to energy bills) more or less split my average monthly bill in half. I suffer with terrible anxiety and usually give up on phone calls so thank you

Great customer service by Ella P she took her time to explain everything and the options at hand. Professional and polite. Hopefully the energy company we choose is like this too, Haha.

i'm extremely confused

i'm extremely confused. Me and my wife just moved into a new flat, I wanted to get my electric key set up, but I've now ended up switching to a direct debit tariff with a new company that i didn't even know about. this needs to cancelled and sort out my electric key

Complete scam

Complete scam - didn’t have a clue they were switching me until I got an email from EDF saying I was with them now. I only wanted to give a meter read for Eon, now I’m in a worse situation. Will be formally complaining to ombudsman

Nobody speaks English, got passed pillar to post to understand what had gone on... tried to ring back and they’ve “blacklisted” my number. Fantastic.

satisfied and thankful

I was very pleased by the call I gived. The centralist was very polite and helped me with the information that I needed! He stayed with me at the phone until I fixed my problem and I understood what I had to do next. I am very thankful!

My boyfriend and I moved into our first…

My boyfriend and I moved into our first home together a couple of months ago, called this company by accident, the nice girl on the line helped me set up my energy bills.

I was really happy with the tariff but 4 or 5 weeks later the switch hasn’t happened and I’m now completely electric-less. My fridge freezer has thawed completely and I’m at a loss of how to fix the situation.

We’ve spent the last day or so crying, this is just a horrible situation. This all happened due to them saying I had one type of meter and I actually had another, I didn’t know at the time so couldn’t advise. This could have all been avoided.

Bad service from EDF

11th March confirmation from you switch is underway.
Still waiting for EDF to request meter reading.
Still waiting for EDF to inform me when switch is complete.
I was warned not to use EDF unfortunately I did not listen.
