This company has denied my claim. They refuse to allow me to speak with anyone other than one customer service associate. Their reason for denial is not even valid according to the repair shop. They refuse to release their inspection. In addition I am out for a week of a rental because they said my truck had to sit at the dealership and wait on inspection.

They had everything I wanted for my car, and on top of that, I got a discount to purchase today. In shopping for a extended car warranty. This was the best out of the big three.

Good warranty coverage and efficient

I can't honestly give an opinion until I've had to use the plan. What I will say is the first offer that was given to me was, in my opinion, high. The second offer from a different salesperson was $150 lower. I went back to the first salesperson and stated if I could get it for $50 lower then I'd go with that salesman which is what I did. As far as cost I'm very happy! Can't comment on service until I've had to have my car serviced, if ever.

No for starters I am not compensated by anybody except my own experiences. Like much of the reviews here I am not going to write about how I dealt with Mr. X & Ms. Y about the deal I got...it really does not help anybody looking to find out if this company stands behind their warranty. I purchased 3 warranties from Select all at a very fair & reasonable price. Like most pieces of insurance (or this case warranties) you purchase with hope you really do not need it but when you do it is there. I take reasonably good care of my automobiles and recently when I needed some front end work performed on my car it was a GREAT experience dealing with Select. My mechanic was forthright and honest on the work that was needed and within 24 hours the work was authorized and performed to my satisfaction! If I was not satisfied on my first purchase from Select believe me I would not have purchased 2 more for my other cars. Plus whenever I felt I needed to contact anybody at Select I NEVER had a problem, no run around just a clear concise honest answer on what Select will and will not cover all to my satisfaction! Keep up the Great work as I hope this review helps those deciding where to go for an extended auto warranty.

I was not pleased with this company at all. Poor customer service, manager do not return phone calls, they take your money, and every problem is a pre-existing problem. Would not recommend this warranty company at ALL!

I signed up with Select Auto Protect, because my dealer was really screwing around. Well, the Sales Manager at the dealer just called and gave me the same price as SAP so decided to go with them. I expected a hard sell when I called to cancel, waited about 30Secs to speak to Cust Service. Easy Peasy, Will definitely go back when Car #2 needs an extension

was denied a claim for reason unknown, was advised that the adjuster came the shop where vehicle was located but this is untrue as the service manager will confirm, the shop advised to come get the vehicle as this was the only way of travel at the time, took the vehicle back and attempted the process again, was denied because of this I suppose, the people at this place would not even talk about it, was advised to file a new claim but was told it would also be denied. Not very happy with this company right now

Jason Bennette did an excellent job to get me the best deal as a returning customer and deducted my previous plans refund.

Do not buy a policy from this company. I filed a claim for a transmission. After sending documentation, making 20+ phone calls to the company, (they never returned a phone call) paying for a teardown for the transmission they denied the claim stating "pre-existing conditions". After that, I couldn't get a hold of anyone in charge. Left many messages and never received a return phone call. Notified BBB and my credit card company that this was a scam. Select Auto did not respond to the BBB or credit card company. I got a full refund through my credit card company.

I would give it a five-star cuz my sales Lady Michelle done a good job of explaining the coverages to me she got me to change over from premier Auto protect so I would give it a five-star for right now and I hope it remains that in the future
