We were so pleased with our windows fitted earlier in the year which look fabulous that we came back for more! Patio doors this time. We came back again because we now have smart quality fitted windows and the sales experience and customer service provided by SEHBAC was second to none. We have a quality product and trust that we will be looked after if problems arise as we have a 10 year guarantee in place. Our orders have always been dealt with efficiently and quickly. Have used SEHBAC before as their customer service is excellent,if you need to contact them about anything, staff are alway helpful and nothing is to much trouble. Today had fitted new French doors and a window,their fitter (Gav T) was excellent, very professional and friendly, left site clean tidy after completing all the work.

I was impressed from initial quotation to final fitting. I had two quotes, one from a well-known anglian firm whose initial quote was nearly 25% more than their final, whereas SEHBAC were very close to final figure. No hard sell from Mark Heyward, just competant service. Their surveyor Mick was also pleasant and efficient, as were fitters Tony and Martin. I was pleased with them all, even the office promptly dealt with a couple of queries.

From the start, they listened. Nothing was any bother. The communication was great, I was informed every step of the way. The installation was carried out by Gavin, who was amazing, he was friendly and did an amazing job.

Very difficult to get an appointment to fix a couple of windows that they installed some years ago. I tried to get a slot for one whole year and then I eventually got it. The very same morning of the appointment I sent them an email to ask for confirmation on the times given and they responded that they had actually not closed my appointment, so no appointment!!! which left me in shock and very frustrated.
It has been a total waste of time trying to get an appointment with a company who does not show any interest in customer care once the installation has been completed.

Windows door & rooflining look excellent and the contacts we had were perfect from the Agent all the way through to the guys doing the actual fitment, could not of asked for anything more

From the start,it was seamless as David is very knowledgeable in the window business.A bit unimpressed about the scheduled dates not being meet but the fitters were all great and the work looks amazing.

I have no minuses with this company. Had a conservatory 3 years ago which I'm really happy with they organized the whole build efficiently and everything went without a hitch. Received all relevant certificates after completion, brilliant. I have recently used them for doors and windows experiencing the same level of care and efficiency. We purchased a door from SEHBAC which we assumed from speaking to the salesman, viewing the doors in chelmsford showroom and the high price point that we would receive a high quality door which is fitted by professionals. Unfortunately this was not the case. We have had nothing but problems from the second the door was installed.... 14 in total. They pre-warn you about 'snagging' issues occurring which is normal and they'll get them fixed. I am a reasonable person and understand issues occur so the odd thing here and there which gets fixed is understandable however 14 issues (so far), 12 from the second it was fitted and a other 2 now 3months down the line.
They have come back to fix the issues by just turning up and not pre-arranging a date and time. Luckily we have been in and the issues have been dealt with to a fashion however we now have scratches on our door where they used a knife to cut a lot of excess silicon off. Fixing the scratches was to use a touch up paint pen very poorly so you can still see scratches and a slightly different shade of paint.
Honestly I could go on and on about the issues but I have wasted so much of my time of this company I am getting fed up giving them more of my time. PLEASE AVOID!

The work was completed thoroughly to a high standard. At the end of each day the place left clean and tidy. Small snags were identified and dealt with.

A simple front door replacement done without fuss.

From start to finish everything went smoothly. Ged sold us our windows and doors. Good price and no pushy sales pitch. Very knowledgeable, patient and personable. The surveyor, Colin, was thorough and efficient. Glen and Gavin, the installation team were clean tidy, courteous and Glen made sure I knew how everything worked which was very much appreciated. Even Steve, the installation boss, came round to check I was happy with the whole process. I can't fault my experience with this company and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Good on price and friendly staff. We were unable to complete purchase so our deposit was returned to us.

The two window fitters were very professional, Polite, tidy, and respected our property.
