I was using seekahost to host a Minecraft bedrock server, however, when a new version is released seekahost prevent you from updating your own bedrock version.
The last patch that was released on the 5th Dec was never applied. I created multiple tickets and tried to email them, but I've received no response, meaning I've been paying for a server that is unplayable.
I have had a minecraft server for 6 months. All of the sudden it becomes unreachable and the customer portal buttons to stop and reboot the server are not working with connection errors. I have opened 2 support tickets and they have been open for over 5 days with no response or support.
Addition: Here are my ticket numbers and apparently you cannot recover my old server or allow me access to the backups on that server. WHAT is going on? My ticket numbers are: Ticket #889807 and Ticket #080123. I have never had a hosting provider say that my old server cannot be access (at least the backups) and then issue me a new server without actually talking to me and trying to help troubleshoot my issues. If you are sincere in your offer to fix I have submitted my tickets in response.

If you get hold of us through your portal we will gladly help rectify any faults and refund you for any time you weren't able to access your server.
Excellent customer service with really competitive prices. The admins can get you up and running if you get in to any difficulties and also offer great resources on how to setup and modify your own server.

Was asking some questions about servers on a Facebook group and this guy James Flarakos starts answering them. I was asking a lot and he kept answering them. Eventually I decide to setup a server but I’m on bedrock and what I wanted to do required a Java server. He walked me through how to setup a bedrock/Java server and add the plugins I wanted. Lots of newbie questions, he still answered them all. I choose seekahost because of his helpfulness. He did this all on his own time in a private Facebook group. Good people here!
