While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Worst Product Worst Staff

The product is terrible, and the customer support is even worse. The staff is arrogant, rude, and unprofessional. Avoid them at all costs. They restricted my account simply because I asked for help fixing an issue with their product.

Crossbox is a partner

Crossbox isn’t a vendor. Crossbox is a partner. When you deploy this for your customers, you are not forgotten. They listen to feedback, monitor installations, proactively make changes, and provide managed support for their software. My customers love what they offer, and I couldn’t offer a fraction of what they do to my customers for the price.

Extremely arrogant staff

Extremely arrogant staff. Customer service ignores you and never responds.

I believe that those involved in the project are part of NextCloud. Which takes me even further away from these developers' solutions.

Definitely do not install this on your server.

Also, since November no updates have been seen for this.

These guys are an absolute disgrace to…

These guys are an absolute disgrace to their business. I am not sure if they have given up making this product or if the developers have left and they can't make any further improvements but something is really really wrong at this company.

Ask simple questions to their support staff (mind you priority support too) only to get one-word answers. It's fairly obvious the founder Edis Šehalić
has more than likely left and is not working on this project anymore.

I highly suggest people go ask how their roadmap is looking. They won't give you an answer more than likely because this development is dead in the water.

Anyway, it's really sad because crossbox is quite a decent platform but if you ask them a single technical question they tighten up and have no answers.

Stay away from this product if you want to have a good life. Avoid like the plauge.

Stay clear

Very rude and when bringing up the stability issues they decided to close our account.

Don't like any calling out bugs and the same bugs are still there 2 years on.
