They replied to all my questions prior to purchasing a bike ground lock and also advised very clearly on how to fit them.
The quality of the product is great.

I always buy from them.
Any questions you have asked are answered very quickly and thoroughly. They don't sell you anything you don't need. So far I have bought all my security gear from them. Chains, ground anchors and pins! There are only a few security brands in the motorcycle world that people trust and these are the best.

Outstanding
Lots of info on the website makes research easy. I had a query on which version to buy and my email received a response very, very quickly.
Delivery was outstandingly fast and the torc mega ground anchor certainly lives up to expectations.
Everything you need for an installation is included, bar the actual electric drill!
I have yet to install it but I can see it is a great, solid piece of kit that is going to last.
A great company and highly recommended.
I'm about to put in an order for a new chain to go with my anchor and based on my experience so far, it's going to be from Pragmasis.
