Engineers did a great job, friendly would use again

Having Firecare take care of our fire alarm system, emergency lights, fire Extinguisher and Fire Risk assessment and callouts they have always turned up on time carried out the work in a professional manner, friendly skilled and informative staff ensuring that all our systems are 100% efficient.
Always at the end of a phone to help you if you have an issue and will send out a maintenance person as soon as possible

FireCare recently did a fire risk assessment and fire extinguisher check where I work. They were thorough with their checks and the person who visited was friendly and helpful when we had questions.

Charlie was very informative and the content of the course was just right. Gave you all the information required to do the task and some that made you think.
Kept it as light hearted as he could (given the subject matter) and kept our attention throughout.

This is the third time I have attended Fire Warden Training with Charlie and he remains informative and entertaining whilst getting across the important message. He manages to hold the attention of all in what could be a dry subject and helps us retain information in a fun way.

Their engineer makes mistake and director instead fixing fault, makes customer to pay for it.

Very bad experience. I doubt their engineers are qualified.

Be careful to get service from this company.

This is the 3rd company where I have introduced and used Firecare.
Darren and all the staff continue to be extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and I would recommend them to anyone without question, (and I do)!
