They were super professional and it was a seamless process. They recovered all of my data and because of them I was able to get all of my clients back their photos. Major thanks to Jason Molinaro who handled my case. This was very new to me frequently kept me update and answered all of my questions.

Jason was great in terms of supporting me through the data recovery process. He provided me with instructions during each step with high customer service.

I did not get my issue resolved. There apparently was nothing that could be done to repair the disk drive, or I was not going to pay the amount of money to go any further in the process. The high rating was because of the integrity of the tech that I was dealing with. The data, on the drive, was personal and not business, so I made the difficult decision no to proceed.

Great experience

My experience with Secure Data Services, especially working with Jay, was excellent. He explained everything clearly from the very beginning and communicated consistently throughout the entire process. I was able to achieve full data recovery, which I am incredibly grateful for. While the cost was high, I do not have other companies to compare it to. Overall, I would absolutely choose them again if I ever needed data recovery services in the future.

These guys are professionals. My wife’s external hard drive crashed and it contained lots of important documents and they were able to recover it and save it to the drive I provided. Shout out to Nigel Zwane for exceptional customer service, he responded promptly to my queries and really helped me along the way! Highly recommend overall.
