The timing of the visits was planned beforehand and confirmed and arrival was exact. Everything regarding the equipment and how it works was explained clearly before the work started, so I was fully informed. During the placing of the equipment I had plenty of opportunity to discuss alternatives and question decisions and my views were always taken fully into account. I am pleased with the final result and am very happy with the manner in which it wascarried out.

Sales on door at 9 pm , no respect on privacy

The reason for the visit was to replace the auxiliary battery in the control box. The visit was arranged at my convenience some days previous. The time frame was narrowed to a two hour window by SMS, the engineer called approx. 20 minutes before actual arrival. The whole process was very efficient and all my questions were answered. The engineer tested the alarm, cameras and showed the completed system check before he departed. I am a non Finnish speaking customer, the engineer answered all my questions to my complete satisfaction. Well done Sector, thank you.

I think I will put down here the experience from beginning to end... One beautiful day a Sektor alarm marketing guy knocked on our door and asked for a meeting in a few days. All questions were answered during that meeting, promises were made, installation date was set. Everything looked great.
However, the installation did get so smooth and did not align with promises.
First of all, the Sektor alarm was not able to install some security gadgets, because apparently were some problems with Telia in our neighborhood. It would be great to check things like it BEFORE going to people door to door.
The main board was installed without even asking us about the place, then we noticed it and asked the guy to move it, he said that it is done already and it is not his problem anymore, we need to call support and ask them to send another person to move it :D just a joke.
This is not all. Our motion camera reacts to our pets at a 100% rate :) So it is not possible to use a motion camera too. We were told that it does not react, and the installation guy did not even bother to test it.
As result, we have a security system that is not fully installed. We are not able to fully arm our system because of the pets. Also, we are not able to put furniture because somebody even did not bother us to ask about the installation place.
Why I am writing this? Because they promised to call and solve the issues twice. Guess what, did somebody call us? :)
They even send an invoice for a system that does not function well.

Very polite (both guys), easily answered all questions and gave top explanation of the system.

Very satisfied with the overall service and the service guy. He explained everything clearly and was very patient enough to clarify all the things. Definitely recommend it!
