Seats and Sofas Zaandam branch is really worse. No words to explain how bad and disorganized they are.
I ordered a couch in January, it got delivered end of May after 4 months of waiting. It broke within 1 week. Now in July, I still don't know what will happen and when will I get my sofa back.
They don't respond to emails, they don't answer calls, the service guy 'Bari' doesn't call back.
It's a big scam company and no responsiveness. They just want to sell and make money without delivering or servicing customers.

Posting it here to see if they ever get back to me at least now.
DON'T BUY FROM HERE.

The sales person was really good and kind he really gave us time and he helped us get the bank we wanted can´t wait for the results.

Staff was very warm and friendly, always exchanging jokes making it a nice atmosphere. All of our questions was answered very efficiently and we happily signed to take our new sofa.

we went to store Zaandam 2 months ago, we tried sofa and we liked it and then when it comes to make a deal , we were not sure at that time as we wanted to confirm the size of the room . so we did not buy it on that day .

next time we went to the store with sizes of room and we asked for the deal for the same sofa which we liked before.
strange thing that they offered a price much higher than before just because we went to the store again and when we asked for the last time price and even better price than that , the guys in the store were quite rude to us and even compared the indian mindest and mention that we will telll all stores that you will not get the sofa .
very unprofessional in talking and treating the customer. If they get a deal at the high price then they talk very politely.

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Bad service, impossible to connect, do not deliver on their promises. I would never recommend this company. They cheat customers

Very neat and organised warehouse for viewing. Welcoming and helpful sales people. I ended up getting a really good deal on my first visit.

Best place to buy sofa. Lots of options. The staff is friendly. Nice buying experience

I bought a sofa on November 16th and was promised to receive it within four to six weeks. Since we have passed the six weeks I have tried to call and email the customer service but they have never answered any of my calls or emails. When I went to the store (Zaandam) to get information I was told that they would call me this month to pick up my sofa. Until this day I have received no word and I have been living without a sofa for nearly ten weeks now.

This company should really improve their customer service because as of now it seems they don't even have one. I am really disappointed in the service. I can understand if something is being delayed but not letting me know anything, not responding and not giving me proper updates is horrible.

This is indeed a very nice place for buying a sofa bed. They offer a variety of choices in beautiful design. The place is easily reachable by public transport or about 20 min walking from the station. The sales man impressed us most of all. I and my partner both worked at sales some time ago so we know how it is. It was a real pleasure to communicate with him, so we ordered the Rover model. He offered a wide choice of options so we got what we wanted and left the place in happy mood. Highly recommend!

Everybody was friendly and helpful, took their time to explain the options and helped choose the right couch.

UPDATE: the expected delivery time was between 4 and 8 weeks (according to the guy at the store, but over the phone they told us it was between 6 and 12). The 8th week is now, and so far no news. I tried to call a few times the last few days but no one picked up the phone. I'll update this when I have received word from them.

UPDATE 2: the couch arrived at exactly 12 weeks after the date of purchase. Everything went well. Just wish they could be more informative regarding the status of the delivery before the actual delivery.

I would like to make a complaint about the customer service. I have been talking with one of your employees and I am totally disappointed about his services. His name is Turik, unfortunately I do not know his last name.
The situation is that, the order that was issued on the 19th of November 2022. Due to not fitting in our apartment, the couch was sent back. We came to the store and in the end we agreed that the transport will be paid internally by Seats and Sofas and also the couch will be disassembled by the HMR company.

Today I call and politely asked about the status of my delivery. Your employee told that they sent the request to the Transportation company (Joey's transport) and that I should call them for more information. I called the transportation company and said that the request never arrived in their mailbox. I called back Seats and Sofas and ask how is this possible and Turik said that he will put the request AGAIN in the system (after the initial 2 weeks when I was told that everything is taken care of) . I asked how is it possible to put it AGAIN when the transportation company said their request list is empty. I then asked to talk to his superior but said that this is not possible and that he will hang up if I do not have any further questions. I requested the refund and said without any explanation that this is not possible.

This is the most unprofessional service I have ever had in my life. I would like to be contact immediately and solve this situation.

Seats and sofas have wide range of products which caters to every individual needs. We were happy to buy a corner sofa which fits our needs. I recommend the shop for sofas.

It was a good experience and I was able to decide on the best model with my favorite fabrique. Now waiting for the delivery.
