Absolute Worst
They have good sofas and they are good at sales. But you need to triple check, not double check like me but triple check EVERYTHING.
They sold me the wrong chair after double checking with them to make sure its the right chair and they said it was. They then blamed me for their mistake. They will not take accountability at all!
They also overcharge me and I suspected it and asked for the original price and when I checked in store myself, it was different. They lied to my face twice.
When I noticed that the chair was different, I called immediately and they said they would call me back and they never did. I had to keep on call, day after day. They finally gave me an answer on the phone that they flat out refuse to take back the chair and said that I signed the contract and got what it said. Nowhere on the invoice does it say that.
If you really want and need a sofa from them, triple check everything. If not, say far away for this place.

Worst experience in my life. I asked for a specific chair and they sold me the wrong one after I asked them twice if it's the right chair and they said yes. Now that I want to return it, they say I cannot. Also they blame me for just sitting now another chair because they said it was another one. What a disgrace.

I recently visited Seats and Sofas in Heerlen on June 7th and had a great experience. Alessandro helped me out, and he was fantastic. He really knew his stuff and took the time to find out what I was looking for. Plus, I was offered a beverage while I shopped, which was a nice touch.
The selection at the store was impressive, and Alessandro made it easy to find the perfect sofa. I'm very happy and pleased with the deal I got. While the store doesn't deliver, they were super helpful in referring me to some options to get that sorted.
Overall, I'm really looking forward to my new sofa. I highly recommend Seats and Sofas in Heerlen for anyone looking for quality furniture and excellent customer service.

Excellent selling service but very poor after sales response. Within one week after purchase - my sofa got an issue. After 3 weeks they picked up with a promise to return in one week and after four weeks, I receive response that there is issue and they need to check something more. Numerous phone calls but no response. I requested refund and they claim no approval yet from corporate team. Truly frustrating experience and disappointed with the service.

Still not solved and no update on status or replacement or refund as on 19 February 2023 which is two months from the date of purchase with 3 days of usage.....IRONIC.

The service of Seats&sofas in Heerlen is deplorable.
I purchased a sofa in June, they shipped it to me in the wrong color in September and to this day I am still waiting for it to be shipped to me. Six months waiting for a sofa...!
When I spoke to them last time I was told that I was not going to get any kind of compensation for the situation because it was a 500 euro sofa, not 2.000...Also, after trying to speak to the manager numerous times, the same person who told me it was not available started to say that she was the manager🤣, the truth is that I found it quite comical but it did not make my anger go away.
When I asked for her name to the woman who attended me she gave it to me quickly so I didn't understand it and when I asked her to repeat it she told me that she had already told me, in any case I think she was something like Talita....
I absolutely do not recommend buying at Seats&Sofas and much less at the one in Heerlen.

Bought a sofa, after long wait it arrived, then it broke within the first two weeks. I called them and waited forever on the line but no answer, used contact form online, no response for more than 1 week, called again, finally got to speak to someone: it has to be send back and I have to pay 75 Euro for the return!! Unbelievable. I'm very angry. But if I want a sofa that is not broken, I have to accept.

We are from South Africa and bought the couch cash from Heerlen.
We are very dissappointed with this whole transaction. You guys are fully aware that we don't have anything to sleep on. How long do we need to wait for delivery? It has been like two weeks....
And we are supposed to pay a fortune for the couch to be delivered... max 6 kilometers. and we wait and wait and wait.
I cant go out because Im waiting for my delivery... now i get a note that someone was here to deliver yesterday
Firstly we were promised notification over the weekend as to when it will arrive -we got zero notifications
I was here 90% of yesterday, with the phone number that you promised to contact us on... but never did.
When we call your showroom to find out what the delay is, the lady on the phone is super rude ... and I honestly didnt expect that as the service was very good when we went there.
Now the note is here for yesterday. they were not here!!!! and the buying experience was excellent... till you had our money... now we have to beg to get something that we have already paid for.. it is unexceptable
