Service to buy the sofa was great. The usual game of negotiating where the sofa is in the states and the -insert reason- will cause me to have an exceptional discount. Having finished that little piece of theater we walked out with a deal that is just fine! Part of that deal was a payment plan that would dice the amount in 5 or 6 payments. Here is where the issues begin. The lady at the central cash registry is then actively pretending not to know what the deal is all about and tries to force you to pay the whole amount in be go. Deal is a deal so I find this behavior repulsive. What follow is is a a barrage of calls , mails and text messages at the the agreed payment date plus one day ( since the agreed payment date was coincidentally on a Sunday, the order was processed on Monday. A rather aggressive mail threatening with legal actions was what followed. 2 weeks later the same lady calls me again to ask if it was paid or not. I believe it is her job to check the receivables so she should already know. So one either calls to inform me that the payment has not been received ( not applicable in this case) or to inform me that the sofa is delivered. Other than that stop bothering me. Usual etiquette. Send an email and if there is no response call. Doing everything at the same time is rather disgusting. In short invasion of privacy with absolutely zero grounds to do so. In short she ruined a perfectly good experience to the point where I will surely not buy again from seats and sofas in Heerlen

We rarely leave reviews, let alone bad ones. However, we have found our experience with Seats and Sofas Heerlen extremely disappointing. We are happy with the sofa itself, but the issue is with the lack of customer service we experienced during the purchase, and the cost and very significant trouble generated as a result.
We have a curved staircase and were worried that the sofa would be too large to move through it.
We expressed these concerns to the sales associate that was helping us. They assured us that it wouldn’t be a problem as the sofa can be dismantled into smaller sections. When we asked for the dimensions of the sofa, it was never given to us. We were also not informed of the actual cost of the delivery. We were only informed that there would be a cost.
On the day of delivery, the delivery guys told us that there is no way that the sofa is going through the staircase. Also, they had similar experiences with other customers throughout that whole week. They suggested that we rent a crane, as that would be the only possible way to get the sofa into the living room. So clearly, this isn’t an isolated incident.
All in all, we are frustrated and upset. That could have been avoided were it not for the sales associate leaving out important information and not helping us with making the decision that was right for us.
Was it stupid of us to not ask for the relevant details? Yes. But, this is not how a shopping experience should be. We have also purchased furniture from other stores, and they always warned us and helped us with issues that we couldn’t have anticipated. Were Seats and Sofas to have helped us, we probably would have had a very positive experience.
This is not what an honest business should look like. If someone decides to purchase with them, please do a lot of research beforehand (and pray you get a decent sales associate).

We had a great time at the store, Massoud and Claudia were very nice and gave us all the attention we needed to make the right purchase, so we now have a brand new beautiful couch set. We are extremely pleased with them. Totally recommended a visit.

1. Wonderful service. (the staff is very friendly and helps to choose a sofa for any budget)
2. The sofa was delivered to us on the same day. ( if the sofa is in stock, you can pick it up right away ) It’s almost impossible in Netherlands
3. We paid by 3 parts ( it’s really helped us )
4. It’s the best experience with buying furniture. Really kind and nice guy, who consulted us, I think it was manager. Thank you so much, guys! I would advise everyone to buy here sofa!!!

I am very disappointed of your after service and product.
I bought a couch on the Sunday 04 May 2025 around 1:08 pm.
After unboxing the couch, I starting to install all the parts and then noticed a few things:
1-The right-side corner couch cushion is missing.
2-On one side of 1 couch there was 2 missing hooks to connect the 2 pieces couches together.
3-Some screws were quite difficult to mount as there were missing holes
Some holes were covered by the fabric.
I went back to the store the next day withing 24 hours on Monday 05 May 2025 around 12 pm to explain my disappointment.
They tried to see if they could find the cushion but couldn't .Then they asked me to go online to sort this out.
I told them what kind of service is this ?I paid my money for new a couch, and you should be to one sorting the issue out not me. They refuse to order the missing part and instead insisted that I need to make an online claim and that I would have to wait for what could be 15 days or more before I get what I had paid for.
What kind of service is this???
For the 2 missing hooks, they handed me the missing hook and screws to install at my own risk. No apologies or further assistance to help sorted out the issue.
Great help to purchase the couch that me and my wife liked. Thank you, Shaquille.
However, Seats & Sofas Heerlen didn’t seem to care much about the fact that what I paid for, is not what I got.
If this is not solved, I know where I am not buying my next couch. And I will be sure to keep the public informed about my experience on all my social platforms if I must.

We felt very well supported in our process of finding the right sofa for our new house. We hope that the delivery of the new sofa will be fast and that we can take it as soon as possible from the shop in Heerlen.

One part of our order was missing in the order receipt, that is why we took away one star. Happy to give it back as soon as the missing part is on our list and the sofa is delivered!

I bought a sofa from Seats and Sofa yesterday.
The advice was very friendly and helpful. When I asked which fabric would be best for everyday use with animals, I was given several fabrics to choose from and advised on which would be most suitable. The consultant also offered a good price for the purchase price. Finally, we were shown the color variations of various sofas to give us an idea and help us make a decision.
I can definitely recommend Seats and Sofa at the moment and hope that the collection goes just as smoothly.

After over 2 years of problems with our couch and the company we received our couch with a BIG CUT in it. This is a joke! Sick and tired at this stage. Very quick to sell something - worst ever after sales service. Have photos as proof.

I had a great experience with my purchase. I've recently arrived to the area and of course my Dutch is very mediocre to none at all so I was worried about ensuring I got the item that I wanted. I worked with an amazing salesman named Sharmen (I think I spelled that right) and he made sure that I was able to choose every aspect of the couch that I wanted and that I felt comfortable with the final product. Great place in my opinion and I can't wait to receive my couch. I have the same expectation that the couch will continue to everything I asked for. Thanks again.

I made purchase on the 31.10.2024 and was told that the delivery takes between 6-12 weeks. On the contract that was given to me said that it takes between 8-14 week. On the 12th week I called Seats and Sofas to ask about my purchase and when can I expect it. They told me that my delivery will be here during next week for sure. It was not! My couch came the week after. And not only that. When the couch finaly came it was not right. The holes for the nails were not the right size and I had big problems with puting the couch together. Customer service was not so helpful which is not surprising considering the events before. Only good thing is that sofa is made from realy quality material.
