Faultless
Ordered some Wusthof knives after years of wanting some which have exceeded every expectation I had of them. The customer service was amazing, there was a slight delay as they were out of stock when I ordered but stock was back in within a couple of days and they kept me updated the entire time. The box and packaging was immaculate, I'm so used to receiving damaged, ripped parcels but this didn't have so much as a scratch on it. Very excited to use Season again!

Highly recommended Scanpan stockist
Excellent service from this company by mail order. I ordered a new cooks pan by Scanpan and due to demand it was out of stock. Nathalie kept me fully informed and offered a refund if I didn’t want to wait. As it turned out there was only a small delay and I am delighted with my new pan. Scanpan are an excellent company and their non stick pans are the best in my opinion. An interesting selection of other brands also available online including If you care baking parchment and cupcake papers. Will certainly use again and would recommend.
