Very efficient and helpful with a delivery problem

Although I seemed to have ordered two of the same linen top…it was very simple to pick them up at the shop, try them on and return the one for a refund. The store assistant ordered another top in the different colour to be delivered to home. I was absolutely delighted with both linen tops (a lovely fit and thickness of fabric)so can we have more in other colours please!

I went into Seasalt in Shrewsbury just to browse at the dresses now it's getting warmer.
I've never worn a dress in my life and hadn't a clue what I liked or what would suit me.
A lovely lady Jo asked me what I was after and listened to my concerns about length and longer sleeves etc. She showed me lots of different styles and I tried on lots; she was very friendly and patient and made me feel confident about my choice!
I decided on a pretty dress but needed it in smaller size so the other lovely assistant, Sara ordered it for me to be posted to my address free of charge!
My whole experience was a really good one and has restored my faith in humanity! It,s so nice to receive great service in retail as it,s a very rare thing these days.
All I can say is a big 10 out of 10 for the staff in Seasalt Shrewsbury; well done and I will definitely be returning!!😊

The website was easy to use, the dispatch and delivery were efficient. I have bought Seasalt garments before and been very happy with them, the Enor Dress Sea Spray Floral Bright Radish bought this time, is a good colour and fit, but the fabric is rather thin, so it looks cheaper. However, it is comfortable and will suit the hotter weather.
