Product I got does not at all look like how it was on the image, nor is it accurate to the description. I'm so fed up with these websites blatantly lying to consumers, I bought a green attack on titan quarter zip that looked high quality on the images only for it to be poorly made. The patch was said to be emrboidered and looked embroidered on the image, bit in reality its a cheap print. Awful, awful, quality. For 42 dollars and nearly a month wait after purchasing it I expected better. Don't waste your money.

Placed my order but wanted to cancel in fear of not arriving in time for Christmas, and was reassured it definitely would by their customer service (responded in 2 days, which is good). Unfortunately it came the week after. The jumper itself wasn’t anything special. A bit better than average quality. In retrospect, I wouldn’t pay what I had, because I don’t feel it was worth the ‘sale’ price (certainly nowhere near their insanely inflated RRP prices). I wouldn’t recommend this company because delivery times are risky and the quality of the product isn’t what you pay for. Stick with official merch.

Actually, they beat the delivery deadline, great product. Affordable price! Totally worth it.

Horrible experience, only one to give me issues on and order and downplay to next arguing with me and saying it’s my fault I bought their sorry ass product, came broken and told me use glue . Man never doing overseas and I’m old school that’s y u go in person online can be messy.

Sent Lafufu instead of Labubu. The reviews are fake on their website. I wrote a bad review on there and it never pop up as a review. They dont accept negative reviews on their website. If you are looking for expensive Lafufu. This website is for you. Don't be fooled by the reviews on there.

I just received my labubu order for the Hope labubu. All I have to say is that they look great, the head did not pop off and my son loves it. They’re in great condition. Definitely will be ordering again.

Unfortunately they sold and shipped me a fake Labubu a Lafufu actually. Why bother trying to mislead your customers? The only minor consolation was they sent me another one after I complained but even that one was fake. The shipping took forever too!

No customer service assistance despite reaching out multiple times for help

Ordered 3 shirts. Took a month to process the order. Courier never delivered the merch. Attempted to get refund but was ignored. Emailed and called the help desk multiple times but was also ignored.

I bought a Jujutsu Kaisen Sweater, a month ago, and I NEVER received it. And contact them and sent emails but they NEVER answer. That money is lost. This is a scam.

The hoodie (Exclusive Yuji Itadori NASA Anime Hoodie - High-Quality Jujutsu Kaisen Apparel) I received is of poor quality and visually differs from the product images presented on the online store.

The emblems printed on the sleeves are noticeably larger than shown in the pictures, making them look oversized and blurry. The proportions in the images do not match the actual product. Additionally, there are white borders around the images and text that were not visible in the store's photos.

I feel misled by the claim that they produce premium-quality items, as what I received is clearly defective. This is very disappointing.

One star for now because after over a month I still have not received my order! Might change once or if I get my order!.

Edited to 3 stars. Would be 4 or even 5 because I did receive my order and the quality is good. Glad I went 3 sizes up so it would fit. Only trouble is, there is a missing item and it was the one I wanted the most. Very disappointing. Emailed but waiting for response

First off I gotta say Seakoff isn't pure scam they actually send out the items which look okay. BUT they don't fit what the size chart says which is a problem. I ordered mine in xl und received what would typically be s or m so about 5-10 cm less on every measurement that's listed in the size chart. I tried the returnrequest option which sadly let nowhere. When I contacted the support I got one email that ignored my point with the Measurements and just said I ordered the wrong thing. After that I tried to contact them again with proof of the situation and just got ghosted by them. Also the shipping isn't 8-10 business days as stated it's around 25 business days,if you order from Europe. So tldr support is a joke, returnrequest doesn't work, the shirts are smaller than stated on the site and shipping takes way longer but they ship t-shirts.
I don't write reviews bcs I usually don't care but in this case it was nessecary.
