Thank you for your message. We’re very sorry that you were disappointed with your experience, and we’d like to clarify the situation as clearly as possible.
Because everyone’s body proportions are different, we always recommend checking the size chart on our website before ordering. This is why an item may fit differently than expected, even when ordering a size that is usually worn.
Regarding refunds and exchanges: our policy states that we do offer refunds, but we do not offer free exchanges, as return and shipping costs are significant for a small business. Instead, we prefer to refund customers when a product does not meet what we promised.
Our policy also states that if an item does not match its description or has a defect, we will absolutely issue a full refund at no cost to the customer. In this case, however, the item delivered matched the product description and size specifications listed on our website.
Even so, we still offered you the option to exchange the item, with the request that return shipping be covered by you, since there was no product error on our end. When that option was declined, we then offered a 30% discount on a future order as a goodwill gesture.
Unfortunately, neither option was accepted by you, and we respect your right to share your experience. We only ask that any review reflect the full situation accurately.
