And why 1 Star other than this illegal ask for personal data?
1) There was no warning before the buy about in EU illegal ID data collecting verifications! FACT!

2) It is my personal descison not to share my personal ID.
Police was also contacted for this matter because if you want to sell to EU User it is not legal to ask for that information. "Dont share your ID." FACT!

3) My identity was verified by PayPal. So i am real. No reason to ask for more personal Data. FACT!

4)The Data of your ID can be used for criminal Scams, so you should share it.
5) There are many other companys who dont do such (in EU) illegal demands and it was never a problem for me to pay them.
6) SEAGM was only trouble and a big waste of time.
7) They invest more time to remove their 1 star reviews
than searching for a (in EU) legal way to verify the users.

My Advise:
So don't give them your personal data! They c a n use it to create f.i. a smart phone contract to scam further more people. FACT! I dont say they do it.

In my personal Opinion/experience i cant advise to use such a seller who ask you to give up your ID. You might be lucky enough to have a different experience with MANY other sellers who manage to do business without needing you ID.
If this review is removed i will set it up again and again and sure i can also call my loyer. No problem!
Asking for the ID is a no go! FACT!

BEST Live Chat support experience ever

I cant tell anything about the products yet. I bought some itunes cards, and received them. But their Live Chat support is just incredible. Zhi Wei was very fast, friendly and solved any problem in seconds. Best live chat support ive ever had in my life so far.

No support, no refund

I made an account on their website and choose Belgium as region. Then I bought something that wasn't available in Belgium. I didn't got any warning that the thing I bought was not working for me, so I payed. After this I contacted customer support and they said, sry payed is payed, even if u can't use it.
