A clear scam platform with unfair fees and pricing. I had a very poor experience with SEAGM and felt misled by their recharge prices. The exchange rate is much lower than the current rate.
I completed two recharge orders on April 5, 2026, and they paid an excessively lower amount. The deductions were far too high compared to what a customer would reasonably expect, and there was no transparent breakdown of fees or the exchange rate.
This kind of pricing structure feels unfair and non-transparent, they even do not respond at all. I contacted them through live chat, diverted me to email after that no response at all. If you use this platform, be cautious and check exactly how much value you are really getting before trusting the listed price. I have already contacted support and requested a proper explanation and adjustment, but they have not responded yet.
Update:
They’re lying here! After I posted this review, they pretended to be innocent and willing to help through a public reply, but in reality, they still haven’t responded to my email. This is clearly a scam platform.

Extremely poor experience! I purchased US Google Play Gift Cards from SEAGM, but they could not be redeemed. Their support kept "passing the buck," claiming it was my account issue.
However, after multiple consultations with Google Support, Google explicitly told me that my account has NO issues and DIRECTED me to contact the vendor (SEAGM) to resolve the card's problem.
When I returned to SEAGM to submit a formal replacement request with this evidence, the platform took a retaliatory action: they DIRECTLY BLOCKED my IP address (Cloudflare Error 1005) to prevent me from accessing my order or contacting support again. This is blatant fraud and a total lack of business ethics. I have already filed a dispute via Alipay and will report this to the authorities. DO NOT BUY FROM SEAGM!
Update: After I posted this review, SEAGM officially SUSPENDED my account! They are trying to destroy the evidence of my order. Total scammer behavior!

Regarding the Card: Your card already showed a "card error" on Google's platform, yet you are still talking nonsense here? I have already consulted Google Support, and they explicitly confirmed my account has ZERO issues and instructed me to contact the card provider (YOU) for a resolution. Stop lying to the public.
Regarding the Suspension: Suspending a customer's account because of an active dispute? No legitimate company in the world does this. You are simply blocking my access to the order history because you are AFRAID I will present it to the payment gateway for arbitration.
Final Word: I have seen many shameless explanations, but yours is the worst. For just $20, you are willing to destroy your reputation and pull these disgusting stunts? I bought a product on SEAGM and it was a terrible experience. After paying with cryptocurrency, they told me the product was not available. This is unacceptable, as the system should reflect stock before accepting payment.
The worst part is that they don’t offer a refund, they just try to force you to accept other products or store credit.
Customer support is a disaster.

I bought an iTunes card on this platform, got one that was already redeemed, went through the process of making a support ticket and waited a few days after contacting their live chat. Got a new iTunes card, also already redeemed, they refuse to help, cause “the ticket is solved” and I can’t make a new ticket since they sent the “new” used iTunes card directly by mail. Shitty experience all around with contacting their live chat and writing support tickets with 0 results after multiple days of hassle.
Edit: They wanted to solve it direclty by mail, it's still bullshit, first they acknowledged the first ticket was bad, now they are lying saying the first ticket was good and they refuse further help.
Edit: Was gonna escalate this issue, but told them about it, was quickly fixed. Within an hour finally got a working code. If you are unlucky enough to also receive a faulty code, I hope you are patient enough to go back and forth for 7 days, because they will resolve it eventually.

It was really unpleasant service. After purchase while redeeming code it says the code already redeemed. The superior purchase gift about to end in 2 hours and I’ve lost the purchase gift . But they don’t really cared at all. However now they’re proceeding the refund, not sure how long it’s gonna took.
