Really complicated return policy
You can only exchange or return items at the exact same store where they were purchased, within 14 calendar days (day 1 being the same day of purchase...). They also told me they would send me a gift receipt by email, but it never arrived. A bad place to buy things as gifts...

Amazing, but different colour
The hoodie came in super quick, and I absolutely loved how it looked! However, I purchased the raw blue hoodie, and it came looking more green than blue. Overall, an amazing experience though- would purchase again!

Return service costs are horrendous
The T-shirts I bought were great, one was rather thin, that’s why I wanted to send it back but then I saw that a return costs around £15 which was quite shocking. Other than that the service was great. I recommend this shop!

The size/ refund shipping charges
The size - xs was smaller than the last time we bought the same hoodie and now we have to pay $31 CAD for a refund. Terrible.
