The bag I ordered for my daughter's…

The bag I ordered for my daughter's birthday arrived damaged. I arranged to send it back but I have been to the Fed Ex drop off point twice already to try to send it back as they won't accept it despite me having attached the labels from scuffers. Then you can also chat to the AI customer service system and not a person to try to resolve this quickly.

I am extremely disappointed with my…

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Scuffers regarding Order #2007026.

I placed my order on March 31st, but the package never arrived. While I understand that shipping issues can happen, the real problem is that I still have not received my refund until today.

Customer support replies very slowly (usually after 3 days) and keeps sending generic answers that do not solve the issue or answer my actual questions. Every time I ask when I will finally get my money back, I receive repetitive responses like “your order has already been refunded” — but the money has never arrived in my account.

I have explained multiple times that the refund process is NOT working on my end and asked for concrete help and step-by-step support, but nobody actually addresses the problem.

Very frustrating experience and poor customer service. I would not recommend ordering from them unless you are prepared to deal with unresolved refund issues and long response times.

Tracking and Refund Problems

I'm waiting for more than one and a half week for a parcel and can't track it... it says shipped since last monday 03.05.(today is the 11.05.) but it hasn't arrived yet.
Also having to pay 10€ for a refund is not okay, if you already pay 100€ for a pair of pants. I totally understand, that it's to minimise overconsumption but as a first customer not knowing what size to get it's kinda hard... Also the Item I i had to send back wasn't available in another size, so I had to pay the 10€ regardless
Quality of the clothes is amazing and i'm a big fan, but that's not a nice customer experience.
