Scrt is definitely one of my favorite brands. The quality and message behind the clothing itself is awesome as well as the creative energy that goes into every piece. I will say sizing can be a bit rough to navigate but worth it. I also think showing every product on a model would be the way to go.

Im a huge fun of the SCRT from Japan. The reason why I love them because I love films as well so much. I only bought hats so far, however, I will order clothes because those are so cool.

After a run in with Royal Mail not delivering my parcel, got emailing them and they were so nice and looked after me well during the stressful time, answered every question I had and kept me up to date with everything, very lovely company

My favourite shop in London. The whole shop (and website if you can't get there) is feel good. The staff make you feel instantly involved with the brand and part of what feels like a family.
The designs are innovative, artistic and just plain fabulous.
Can't wait to go to an event and to see what their next project is

As a "distance seller" you need to "offer a refund to customers if they’ve told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve told you."

Receiving, Scrt say from order. So that's illegal. Also it doesn't matter if the item is on sale or not. But Scrt think that they can ignore UK law

Great people and Quality is excellent. Unfortunately I had to pay 30.- Tax but apart from that delivery was smooth.

I had troubles with the payment via PayPal and with the delivery. But the team has been very helpful and implicated to sort out the problems.

My parcel was missing an item, got in touch with customer service and Summer sorted me out with a replacement after resolving the issue with the warehouse team. Cheers Summer

Fantastic brand. Really cool/imaginative creative work, and very high quality products. Staff are great too! Head to their store in London if you have a chance!
