The whole home cycle process was easy & efficient. It is a great way to donate your excess clothing and homewares and avoiding things going to landfill

This is such a helpful service. Save yourself a trip to the Op Shop. Its a great way to re purpose your unwanted household goods or clothes and accessories you no longer need. Its especially great to dispose of old clothing or textiles that are worn out and can no longer be used. Im happy to know this saves them going into landfill. It really couldn't be easier. I could probably use another collection already.

Great service to rehome/ recycle reusable stuff. I like that it is a bookable service that I can plan around my schedule.

Great service especially knowing that so many items can be recycled instead of ending up in landfill. Josie was particularly helpful in taking care of things when the drivers only took part of a dining suite and arranged another pick up for me.

I think this is an excellent program and my experience with it was first class. I strongly encourage Councils to make this a regular feature of their waste management schemes

Such a good service - clear, on time and allowed me enough time to pack all the goods for donation. They also smsed me 15 mins before arriving on the day which allowed me to bring all the bags outside. I didn't want to leave them outside in the morning as it was a rainy day. They also sent another SMS after pick up.

Easy to book online, though was required to include number of bags I was including in various categories- which at the time I didn’t really know, so just had to estimate which was a bit awkward. Confirmed details with email promptly. Only on text info the day before pickup, was it clear where to leave bags - could be included in initial website booking. Also texted in morning 15 mins before pickup, and again when picked up. I liked the fact it was a pickup service as there was a commitment on my part to actually sort through and dispose of various goods.

This service is really beneficial for our community. Households can donate useful goods and items without leaving the doorstep. Families will feel good knowing that the goods will be used in a positive way to bless other families in need.
The drivers came on time and picked up everything on the scheduled day.

This service was excellent. They came to pick up from my workplace, after we had done on a drive on fast fashion and recyclables with our students. The students had brought in items that they wanted to either donate or recycle. It was as easy as an online booking and the driver came promptly and the date set and sent a courtesy text giving notice of the arrival time. Would definitely use again!

Recently my mum passed away and it was a family friend who mentioned about the SCR group via the council free pick up for unwanted clothes going to people in need i thought what great idea i gave the number a call and was answered by Josie and she was wonderful and looked after all my enquires so we donated my late mothers clothes as long a few items of mine, Josie is an asset to SCR group keep up the great work. Had a great clean up and didn't have to lug it anywhere. The pick up was right on time and I was confident it would all go out the door as planned. Would happily do it again and totally recommend it.
