I honestly can't praise this company enough. I experienced an IT issue on their website that prevented me from completing my order for some screws. When I contacted their customer service, they couldn't have been more helpful.

Not only did they send the screws to me completely free of charge (which arrived the next day!), but the only thing they asked for in return was some information about the website issue so they could investigate it and improve the experience for future customers. That says a lot about how much they genuinely care about both their customers and continuously improving their service.

It's rare to come across a company that's so customer-focused and willing to go the extra mile without expecting anything in return. The communication was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient from start to finish.

This level of service has definitely earned my trust, and I'll be returning for future purchases without hesitation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a company that stands behind its customers and truly values excellent service.

What an amazing company and their customer service is fantastic.
They helped me out with all my enquires then simply placed the order on their website and it was delivered the very next day. They stock an amazing range and all for next day delivery and to top it all off there prices are the best I've seen.

I'm a DIYer and bought some sets of Timco brackets. Even with delivery it worked out cheaper than a local brick & mortar stockist. Delivery was about 24hrs after the order was made and really well packaged. Very pleased.
