Best international shipping rates
Best international shipping rates I've found so far making shopping from this store viable. Items arrived in 8 days. I can't get that speed from our domestic online stores. So with the huge range of items and brands this really is a one stop shop for my crafting needs.

One of my items ordered doesn't work or…
One of my items ordered doesn't work or I can't get it open. It was the Craft Glue Pen. No glue comes out and I'm assuming that if I could get the cover open, there may be a foil over it to take off. But I even tried opening it with a pliers and that didn't work. Is there a way of getting a replacement or refunding money for that item?
