I adore Scrapbook.com and their customer service. I have ordered a lot (not as much as some but more than others) and only 1 time had an issue. I called and it was handled promptly and to my satisfaction. I will keep coming back because the value is terrific but even more important, the customer service is miles ahead of its nearest competitor.

Everything i had ordered was of good quality got to me in a very timely manner and was exactly as described .

I do love this site. I can find almost anything I need. Most of the items I have received have been great and 5 star rated. Questions I ask are quickly answered. Items are well packed and arrive in good shape. I think the cards with the packer's initials and quote about crafting are cute and make me smile. What I wish would improve is the discount codes. It seems like every time I order, I am sent a better code than I used. The other thing that needs to be improved is shipping cost. I can find things on other sites, that have reward programs (eg: Catherine Pooler's site), and pay less for shipping. As much as I would like to order from just SBC, I need to find the best overall pricing. My average wait time for an order once placed is 10 days, which is OK since it's going across country, but for the cost I wish it was faster.
