Not about price. What you have at UK Bullion are liers, cheats, and frauds... Everything is screenshotted and phone calls listed... These guys are not to be trusted at any leve.... And to the replier of this review I would sack your staff as a matter of urgency as they are liers ... You wasted two days of my time. Four hours trying to find the premisis on a day when road works plagued the M8 and city centre .. UK bullion a dreadful experience thanks for that .. and anymore obfuscation il be seeking legal redress if not police investigation... facebook review etc here i come.
At 13.25 Thursday October 23 i was given a kruggerand price of 2998 .. gold at this time was 3074 pounds....
Goes to office to sell the next day at 11.20 gold price was 3056 was offered 2916??? some 80 pounds per krug lower than offered the previous day
staff then lies to me about gold price chance saying it changed 100 pounds NOT
underhand not to be trusted and think the punters are daft.. lol

I am sorry you were not happy with the price you were offered for your Krugerrands today. The initial live price you were offered was 4.5% below spot price which is competitive in the market. I did hear the conversation and asked who you spoke to yesterday however, you left before I could get any information. As you can see from our other reviews we pride ourselves on delivering great service and offering competive rates. All sales are open to negotiation.
