After having my beloved car stolen I…

After having my beloved car stolen I thought I should take car security seriously,so decided to get a tracker professionally fitted,also had a dash cam done at the same time,Dan arrived on time and the whole process only took 45-60 minutes very pleased with both,Dan took the time to explain everything I needed to know.so now I’ve got great peace of mind and I can now stop looking out the window to check on the car last thing at night and first thing in the morning ,a big thank you to Dan the man

I fitted tracker and within 2 weeks it…

I fitted tracker and within 2 weeks it stopped working
I asked to rectify this issue and I have been given appointment after 2 weeks

So approximately for one month I have subscription and car not being tracked I requested for urgent review but they don’t have time

I am updating this review on 1 May 2026
I saw a msg on trust pilot to Email the job number to their email. I emailed at that email and all of the other emails I have got and to be honest nobody even cared to reply my emails

Nightmare process. Good product

Nightmare process.
First appointment installer turned up, but no equipment had been sent.
Second appointment - equipment sent, but installer failed to turn up
Partial refund confirmed by email, but still not received 3 weeks later.
Eventually fitted and pleased with product - but embarrassing customer service.

The tracker has already fallen off

The tracker has already fallen off. Not ideal trying to stick it to material. The man that came wasn’t the best in customer care. He complained about about Arnold Clark, the system and his time being better spent elsewhere. Not the best experience.
Since this occurred Scorpion has been in touch quickly and are in the process of making good the problem. I will review again.

Good service great guy but left the cover hanging for the price I’d have wanted it done better and more professionally considering it’s a anti theft device leaving it showing kind of defeats the point
